Family suite is unexpected spacious and nice. My parents and daughter enjoyed the stay. The kitchen has all the appliances. Free breakfast is very good. Staffs are nice and helpful. Reception recommended restaurant is very nice.
-
Dirty room. Broken shower door. Trash in hallways from other guest.
-
The breakfast buffet had lots more options than your typical hotel breakfast. There was a laundry room with numerous washers and dryers that was free to use for guests which is great to have if you are staying there with kids playing sports.
-
Good choice if you want to stay in Ann Arbor. Not too close to the downtown but perfect. Close tk the freeway exit and close to Costco
-
Not that good. Limited .not what we thought it would be. Staff took down food 10-15 minutes prior to time stated. Very small selection. The meet and greet was a bust. Only people using it was the staff.

The Kitchen even though one of the pots were broke couldn’t use. The laundry room and breakfast attendant GEORGE. HE IS A RACIST ! George will charge you $150 deposit to stay there. Even though you paid over 200 dollars for the room.

Overall good, wouldn’t charge what they’re charging however

They overbooked my prepaid and confirmed room. Would not give me the bigger room that was available. Took over 2 hours on the phone with Expedia to get a refund.
