The property was clean,the staff was great,especially at the dining area,very friendly young lady...

The room was great! The staff very helpful. The breakfast was meh. Just okay and thankful for just having something available but I was really hoping for some biscuits and gravy but they only ever had the make your own waffles, eggs, sausage and potatoes. Never was able to make it to the free evening snacks from 5:30-7pm on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesdays so I can’t say how that was. Overall a very nice stay. Love the separate bedroom especially for week long stays. Would stay here again.

Hotel had everything we needed. Staff was informative. Breakfast was good and hearty!

Buffet breakfast had a great deal of variety which was surprising and helpful.

Location is good. Parking was easy. And staff is very nice (see problems below, which is not the fault of the staff). Long list. The room was reserved for 3, but it really is a bit too small for 3. The air condition was one of the noisiest i've ever heard -- i think it needs maintenance (woke us up). The toilet / plumbing required frequent plunging. The fridge made a lot of strange noises (ice maker? wasn't clear...). The TV didn't work, and couldn't be fixed the day we reported it (was fixed the next day). Or cleaning women didn't come for 2 days until we reminded them (again, very nice people... not sure what went wrong).

The rooms were so clean and the pool was nice and heated too! We will be back if we ever need to stay in Ann Arbor again!

The staff were very friendly, the whole property was clean and maintained. The breakfast bar was very tasty and had lots of options. The only thing I could say that wasn't great would be the pool was cold but thats not a big deal. Will be staying there again in the future.

Hotel was just okay. Concerns that I had included: They didn't come clean our room and we were there 2 nights. I actually never seen any cleaning staff. When we checked in the cable in the room wasn't working but they did get it fixed immediately. The breakfast left a LOT to be desired!! Not worth mentioning!

Clean room, very spacious, great breakfast. We only had a stall shower, just wished we have a bathtub. Bathroom was a little small, but not a big deal.

Breakfast buffet was different every day & the rooms were turned over daily

Hot tub, free breakfast, free laundry use Saturday morning they drained the hot tub to clean it, which I appreciate but the pool area is open 9AM-11PM, I just think that should have been done when the area is closed like before 9AM, bc we had a full day planned and was going to enjoy the hot tub first thing in the morning, was told it would be done in an hour, but we weren't pushing our plans back, we did still enjoy the hot tub later that night and the rest of our stay, also dont like that there is a huge gap under the rooms door you can hear everything if your walking down the hallway.

Do not need anything. Clean, well appointed suite, quiet accommodations, fresh air.

Community, comfort, a wonderful buffet breakfast and happy hours. A delightful apartment and community.
