Great airport stay!

Clean and quiet. The bed was super comfortable. Tasty breakfast buffet.

The hotel was exceptionally clean. The staff was absolutely wonderful.

Breakfast was good, little pricey, for what was offered. Everything else was great.!!

Hot tub worked and was clean Not having an ice machine on every floor

Breakfast was not good; I would skip paying extra for it and go out.

This was an adequate location for my one night stay for a graduation even in Green Bay. All closer locations were booked with a major concert in the area. I was happy with everything overall, but the construction in the area was tough to manage to get to the highway. I know the hotel can't control that, but it did create some additional stress for me to get to and from Green Bay.

We only stayed 1 night but were very happy with the hotel. Staff at check in were great! Room was spacious and clean. Super convenient to airport. Would definitely stay there again. No complaints!

In response to a request for the room to be comped for 1 day the assistant mgr offered a $20 credit and an offer not to bill us for the day’s stay if we checked out. The conversation took place at around 10-10:30 pm so we decided to stay put. Overall, a very unpleasant experience, especially considering we paid a nightly rate of $239.00. One bright spot - Appleton is a lovely city. Definitely visit just find a different hotel for your stay.

The room did not have a safety lock on the door. I called the front desk, and they said not to worry about it their lobby locks at night. I explained I was worried about someone with a hotel key getting in my room.

The staff were friendly, however the hotel didn’t appear very clean. Staining on carpets in hallways and the rooms, materials smeared on elevator walls, stained bedding.

The desk personal (Wendy) was very rude and would not help. I talked to her on the phone and she said she would not help. After I called Expedia customer service and spent 30 minutes on the phone they got access to 1 room - this delay caused them to be late for the wedding. When we returned to the hotel after the wedding I went to check-in for the remaining rooms and Wendy refused to help me and told me to go to another desk worker. The rooms I had booked that included breakfast for everyone - the next morning they announced that the kitchen would be closed. Our experience was terrible and I did not get what I had expected or paid for. I would like to get some compensation back for the missing breakfast and a refund of my points that I had used for these reservations. As a Platinum their member I would expect better!

Nothing - TV was out of service and the hotel was beyond dirty !!!! Lame excuses !

Superb

Had a wonderful time my daughter's loved swimming. Enjoyed talking with not only the employees but the other guests. The employees were so helpful and personable wendy and Joyce or Janice were supper nice and went above and beyond. The breakfast was wonderful and delicious and fresh.

So clean and Joyce amazing at front desk! Felt like family
