Check-in was easy the lady behind the desk was sweet and welcoming and the rooms were very nice I would rate this as a four-star hotel

It was quiet, clean and comfy.

The hotel is in a good location. Hotel staffs need to be a little friendlier.

Beautiful, clean room with comfortable beds and thoughtful amenities. The space was welcoming, well-maintained, and provided everything needed for a relaxing stay. A great experience overall!

I'll say the only good thing about this place is they have an okay breakfast! They have a local baker and makes muffins I believe and they seem to be pretty good!

This is our second time staying at this property. It’s newer, contemporary, clean and spacious. The only issue was wanting to check in early and there is a $25 charge. That was a bummer but many hotels are doing that now :(

Still charged as if I was staying at Wyndham…

We travel a lot for sports. First time here. All was great. Would return.

The front desk girl kinda messed up when I re checked in but Christina the Manager cleaned it up when I checked out. They now have a nice game room and they have gradually making updates to the property since Wyndham took over.

Breakfast was good and hotel was clean.

The property was clean and well maintained. The breakfast was okay but they did occasionally run out of certain items (muffins, yogurt machine, waffles & milk).

Paid for 2 rooms with a king and queen bed got a room with the kind bed an enclosed balcony with a sofa bed. The food was cold and gross and the pancake maker was broken.

Unfortunately, the service experience did not match the quality of the facility. While the property itself was enjoyable, several staff members were unpleasant and came across as uninterested in providing hospitality. Customer service is a critical part of the guest experience, and the interactions we had left a negative impression that detracted from an otherwise well-maintained hotel.

Our room was large and well maitained. I requested top floor so that there was no noise above us and they accommdated. Close to lots of shopping and restaurants.

Breakfast was amazing and house keeping staff were the best. Looking forward to seeing you all again.

Hotel overall very nice and reasonably priced. The breakfast was mediocre. The waffle/pancake machine didn’t work and the food was understocked. I was there for the Luke Combs concert and it wasn’t prepared for all the people eating.
