Clean, comfortable room.

No maid service, jacuzzi pumps not working, pool not clean. Room size was fine and beds were clean.

Lots to cover….upon arrival, the young woman at the desk was courteous and helpful. At first glance, the lobby, breakfast area, hallway and room appeared to be very clean and neat. We had already eaten and had a couple hours before dark and thought we’d use the pool/hot tub area and relax after traveling earlier. Upon changing and using the bathroom in our room, we immediately noticed a broken bolt on the toilet seat. They break often. But, in a hotel, it should never happen, ever, that an arriving guest encounter this, as any housekeeper staff cleaning the toilet would discover the broken bolt, notify maintenance, and it’s fixed in LITERALLY 2 minutes! Upon showering, the towel I grabbed to dry off with had some stains on it. A white towel in a guest room should be white…if not, put it in with the white pool towels, or discard it! On our way to the pool, I notified the front desk of the broken toilet seat bolt and she said she’d get someone on it first thing TOMORROW. We entered the pool area and it was stifling hot, and extremely humid, with many noisy appliances, fans and dehumidifiers running, making it difficult to converse. It was 82* outside, and much hotter by the pool. Other guests complained of how hot it was, as well. Back in our room, the air conditioner would kick-in and sounded like a spin cycle on a washing machine, which we got to listen to all nite. Breakfast in the morning was enjoyable and delicious, with many choices. The dining area was very clean & neat.

The bed was clean even though not really comfortable. The bathroom floor was not clean ( I found hair and dirty). There was a large spider on the wall. Breakfast was ok. The people at the desk were pleasant and helpful.

Nicely remodeled room, very large and perfect for our family. Breakfast closed at 9 AM on Saturday morning, we missed that - seems a bit early for a weekend stay. Otherwise, great location for shopping and great bed for sleeping.

Solid hotel by the Appleton airport.

Good for the price.

The bathroom condition is an indicator of how well the rest of the room is cleaned. The bathroom floor tile in this room was in desperate need of a toothbrush, hot water and a gallon of Mr. Clean.

Easy to airport

The hotel wasn’t the cleanest but it wasnt the dirtiest either, the hot tub was out of order which kind of sucked, the staff on the other hand was amazing! My biggest problem was the price gouging. I understand supply and demand but i paid well over 1k for a few nights, we were there for EAA airventure. The quality of the hotel in no way equated that price regardless of demand. I feel that should not be legal. The price needs to be respected for the quality. This was however the first and only hotel Ive seen with pool tables so that was pretty cool.

Arrogant if not rude staff. During EAA Oshkosh week, rooms were $425.00 per night. I spent almost $5,000 for 3 rooms and got rude front counter assistance. Morning breakfast was hit or miss if you got fresh or day old coffee. Tables from sticky from not having dedicated breakfast staff to clean jelly, syrup etc off tables.

Why aren’t rooms cleaned every day?

Front desk person on check in was fantastic. Checkout morning not so much. Breakfast may have been good had they replenished it. Numerous vball teams there and had to wait both days for them to restock breakfast. It was one person doing the desk and the kitchen. Impossible but they should have been better prepared. My room smelled very musty.

Absolutely great hotel, super friendly and clean.

Attractive room, comfortable bed. Enjoyed our stay. We’re not able to try the breakfast but the seating area was very nice.

The room had a terrible mildew smell and the whole room felt damp. When we got in it was after 12am and we were exhausted. So when we got on the bed, it felt like the blankets were not completely dry... even though they were. The air in the room was damp. I let the front desk know and she did not seem very interested. It was disappointing.

Great staff!

We loved the family suite set up. The bunk beds were so helpful traveling with a family. However, our room wasn’t the cleanest. There were clumps of hair on the bathroom floor and pizza sauce on the cabinets. The breakfast selection was okay.. nothing spectacular. No issues with staff. It was pretty quiet. Would try it again if the cleaning improves.
