Embassy Suites by Hilton Arcadia Pasadena Area

The breakfast was outstanding with many amenities! Everything was fresh and plentiful. The staff was great and very friendly and helpful!

I like the location, the swimming pool, the large rooms with separate living room, and the small balcony where you can open the door and step outside. The Hotel elevators are old and slow and two broke while I was there. There is an old torn tarp on the roof below my room. There is no service elevator so you can ride the elevator with staff carrying boxes of toilet paper. Also every time I was in the pool staff kept going in and out of the pool area to an electrical closet. It was annoying. Also the toilet ran and the shower is not good.

Great breakfast and reception

A great stay. Super comfy and generally very clean. The only negative thing was that I noticed black mold growing above the shower. I recommend quick remediation.

Family friendly hotel.

I have noticed a decline in the quality of breakfast and evening reception. Embassy Suites used to be a premium hotel. Not anymore.

The double room 328 was very nice. The pool was clean. the exercise room had no air-conditioning - which made it too warm to work out very long. The breakfast bar was amazing - especially the made to order omelettes.

Great location and nice to have an extra living space to hang out. The rooms are dated and my room had a very musty smell. The bed was old too and very flat. Bathrooms are also small.

The hotel was extremely clean. The staff was very helpful. The breakfast was incredible, especially that omlet bar. And the pool and hot tub were great, however the hot tub probably could use a bit more chlorite to help with the excess bubbles.

Older property, needs a bit of refreshing. But clean and the staff was excellent. The made to order free breakfast was fantastic and 2 free drinks person!

There was a cockroach in the room. We had to stay in the room for a night. They did not fully refund us for the night. For the $300+ or so a night anyone would expect more. Also, there are only 4 escalators that are constantly going up and down 7 floors and you wait sometimes 10 minutes to get into the escalator. If you try to stairrs it is very scary and stinky. The breakfast food is not up to Marriott hotel standards. We've been going to Marriot Courtyards and Residence Inn for many years. The food at this location is much worse. Also, the carpets have many dark stain spots so the floors do not appear clean. Note the rooms still have popcorn ceilings.

Free breakfast - 4 stars. There's a made to order omelette station and quality of the food is pretty good. Front desk staff - 3 stars, some are nice and friendly but the check-in person for us was just not friendly at all. She didn't want to answer a lot of questions. Staff at the breakfast - 3 to 2 stars - the lady who was managing around the breakfast area with no name tag was having bad mood both mornings we were there. At 7:30am, she was raising her voice with an attitude at everyone unnecessarily. It was even that busy. It felt like we were at a free food giveaway instead of being hotel guests when she was around. Cleaning crew were friendly and accommodating. Ladies at the omelette station were excellent. Swimming pool area was clean but our eyes got very irritated 5 mins in the hot tub so we had to get out. There were also excessive amount of foam when the jets were on. We stopped using the hot tub after like 5 mins because of eye irritation.

Amazing hotel very helpful considerate

In the heart of Arcadia This hotel is useful if you're trying to avoid any near by more busy cities.

We were pleased with our stay at this hotel. It had a nice clean atmosphere and comforting environment. The rooms were very accommodating with a sitting area separate from the rooms where the beds were. Water pressure was good as well. The breakfast was awesome with the many choices they had available. The only thing I would recommend is that they clean around the edges of the pool and hot tub. The buildup of mildew doesn't make those amenities inviting in my opinion.
