Clean room, great breakfast and friendly staff!
-
Place did feel a little outdated but the staff was nice and the breakfast was great. One of the elevators wasn’t working so we had to wait a bit to go up or down.

It’s ok

When you first walk in the bright Embassy sign and water look great. The open view of the rooms from the lobby was nice. Then I walk future in and the fabric on the furniture in the lobby was filthy and stained. The couch in the suite of the room stained on both sides. It was unable to be used. There is no attention to detail. The curtains in the room also dirty and stained.

This will be the last time we stay at embassy suites. There was a big dead crock coach in the bathroom. When they move us to a different room, shampoo bottle is empt and tissue box is empty. They put us in a smoking room

Love the buffet breakfast

Beautiful hotel with friendly staff. All of the amenities were good esp for ones with young children. I definitely would recommend and come back.

There is nothing I would change. Everything was great. We were there with our daughter and her two sons, ages eight and twelve, and everyone was comfortable and happy. We would go back whenever we needed a place to stay in the area.

It was a very nice hotel 10/10

Not all staff were nice to us. Booked room for family of 6 so needed 4 key cards, but check in staff would not provide. We later asked another front desk and they gave us 2 more, no questions asked.

Furniture in the rooms is very odd; chairs are way too low for all tables and very uncomfortable. I'm not sure why the table was so high and pretty much unusable. Weird pictures that looked like a sperm and egg above the couch in the living room. Looked like previous hotel guests had a party on the sofa throwing liquids here and there as there were multiple stains all over the sofa cushions. Finally, one of the hallways on the first floor was blocked so if you're using the large carts (I was carrying a large synthesizer and amp) for luggage you have to go all the way around to the other side of the hotel. Amazing breakfast; omelets are made at breakfast. Noise control pretty bad; there was a party of 5 drunk people standing outside my room for 30 minutes at 1am and then they moved inside the hotel again, and were loud there. The sound pretty much carries up as it's an atrium style so the outer rooms are very loud. I asked for a quiet room and was put in front of an elevator so we heard many conversations as the elevator is slow. I would probably not stay here again for all these reasons but if they control the noise better and change the tables so they are usable and I can get a quieter room, maybe.

Chase and Ryan went above and beyond at the front desk. They accommodated every need! The food services personel are fabulous. They were very attentive and friendly especially Victor. We would definitely stay at this property in the future

2 out of the 4 elevators were down in this hotel that had 7 floors. My family and I were in town for the weekend and didn’t not see one elevator technician in the 3 days we stayed. This hotel shouldn’t be part of the Embassy Suites, I believe they hold a higher level of standards.

There may be newer hotels in this area. But they will not compete, and the fact of the staffing the quality of the food comfort in the rooms. And how well the employees work to make your every moment, they're so enjoyable. There is no other hotel to stay at.But this one At this time, the only thing I could say was the fact that it was a voting place. And I was not thrilled about the parking and part of that aspect of it not finding a place to park i like the fact that the parking structure. There's always a secured location, and at this time it wasn't
