Nice hotel will stay agin

The property was nice and we liked that there was a selection of places to eat very good location for that. We didn’t like having to change rooms in the middle of the night because of an electrical smell. I wonder what would have happened if there wasn’t another room available to stay in.

We had the worst check in process staff is not so helpful give us a room with no ac working and have to change rooms so many times coz room key is not working

Housekeeping only cleans the room every other day. I ran out of bathroom tissue, hand soap, and Kleenex and had to go find a housekeeper or reported to the front desk. This is unacceptable for this type of establishment. There’s no reason why housekeeping can’t come every day to make sure the guest has everything that they need to have a comfortable stay. Without housekeeping, coming every day, trash cans are overflowing, which makes for an uncomfortable stay.

Need better water pressure and better breakfast choices. Snack area is pedestrian and simple, and the luggage carts are old and shaky and unbalanced. The staff were great!

There was a spider under the blankets. Not very welcoming or even friendly when checking in. Staff also claimed they looked everywhere and couldn’t find any utensils for us. Bathroom was clean.

Great spot, always stay when in area. Quiet part of town with walking distance to restaurants.

Really loved how nice and welcoming the staff were, the hotels was very clean during the stay as well. The location is nice not too loud of a area and there were plenty of shops nearby as well.

I didn’t like anything about that place!! Refreg was broke when we entered the room. Had to bring another one! Air conditioner broke, couldn’t get another until next day!! No handi cap bars in shower, 1/2 roll of toilet paper, no extra. Only cream and sugar for one person, we had two people! Carpet dirty, no fan in shower/ bath for steam or bathroom smell! No room service one day, they forgot. I had to call for towels. Bad bad place to stay!! Front desk not friendly at all!!!

We had 12 of our family stay at the Hilton Garden Inn. It was very comfortable.

I liked the rooms as well as the location of the property. Liked the fact that there is still a bathtub instead of a walk-in shower. However, I perceived a moldy smell in the bathroom. Is there mold?

On my first morning, made coffee in my room to enjoy while catching up with the news on TV only to find the only option was Fox News “Fox & Friends”. Disappointing

Everything as expected. We had 3 rooms and all of them were nice. One of our room had a broken refrigerator which was a little inconvenient. We just used the refrigerators in the other rooms. If breakfast was included in our stay it would have been a perfect stay.
