Hilton Garden Inn Arcadia/Pasadena Area

Really loved how nice and welcoming the staff were, the hotels was very clean during the stay as well. The location is nice not too loud of a area and there were plenty of shops nearby as well.

I didn’t like anything about that place!! Refreg was broke when we entered the room. Had to bring another one! Air conditioner broke, couldn’t get another until next day!! No handi cap bars in shower, 1/2 roll of toilet paper, no extra. Only cream and sugar for one person, we had two people! Carpet dirty, no fan in shower/ bath for steam or bathroom smell! No room service one day, they forgot. I had to call for towels. Bad bad place to stay!! Front desk not friendly at all!!!

We had 12 of our family stay at the Hilton Garden Inn. It was very comfortable.

I liked the rooms as well as the location of the property. Liked the fact that there is still a bathtub instead of a walk-in shower. However, I perceived a moldy smell in the bathroom. Is there mold?

Conveniently off the freeway, easy to find. Near by park and ride shuttle to Hollywood Bowl! TVs do not allow casting, Parking is unshaded.

On my first morning, made coffee in my room to enjoy while catching up with the news on TV only to find the only option was Fox News “Fox & Friends”. Disappointing

Everything as expected. We had 3 rooms and all of them were nice. One of our room had a broken refrigerator which was a little inconvenient. We just used the refrigerators in the other rooms. If breakfast was included in our stay it would have been a perfect stay.

Breakfast was great!

We did not eat at the hotel, but there were plenty of places nearby to eat. Easy access to dining, freeway on/off ramps. It was in a cute neighborhood. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were wonderful - very friendly. I would definitely stay there again! The only issue we had was that the hand soap dispenser in the bathroom was empty, but once I called it in, a staff member was at our door within 5 minutes with a replacement. This was the worst thing we experienced. Otherwise, for us, it was the perfect place to stay!

I was laying on my bed when I felt an itch on my neck. Then I felt bumps on my neck. I got up and look down and there’s a bed bug or tick on my pillow. My wife squeezed it to kill it and my blood got on the pillow . Called front desk immediately and they moved us to a different room. I have a photo of the bug. Next morning we checked out and was disappointed that they didn’t try to compensate me for the bed bug incident . I’m not one to ask for anything but no one tried to make it right to me for what happened . I stayed here before and this was the first time this happened to me anywhere .

Room was clean and neat.

Overall it was an okay stay. Not sure why, but the room service left us without clean towels on our last night of stay. There was also no complimentary breakfast on Monday although the reservation clearly stated complimentary breakfast for the stay.

Nice location close to Santa Anita. I have stayed here multiple times. Good no frills hotel. Staff is friendly and rooms are clean.
