Great customer service. Room and beddings and bathroom were clean. Breakfast all good except the bacon and sages ran out and so slow in replenishing them. Also, it would be best to provide body wash as the soaps are too small.

Construction starts early that might affect customers in early morning.

I stay the same hotel in Vegas and one person does the whole service for breakfast and with many choices of food for everyone to enjoy not just hide food.

The hotel is walkable, close to shopping and good, the pool is fun and the food is delicious!

The staff was great, the kids loved the pool and the breakfast was delicious.

The breakfast options could be improved. Food was limited and the fruit wasn't fresh. We stayed 3 nights and when I requested if scrambled eggs could be added, I texted the property manager and didn't get a response. The registration staff was polite but not incredibly helpful or friendly. Didn't ask if I enjoyed my stay when I checked out and just told me to drop my keys in the key drop box. Elevators are too old and there is no hot tub. Other Hampton Inn properties we stayed at in SoCal were much better with the breakfast, staff and overall cleanliness and maintenance. Likely won't stay here again.

Hotel was clean with very easy free parking. Check-in was fast. Room was very very spacious. Breakfast included sausage, country, potatoes, yogurt, bagels, fresh waffles muffins, cereal, coffee, milk, and juices, etc. Even after breakfast hours you can fill up on their free coffee in the lobby, they have vanilla creamer which was important to me haha. The pool was nice, luckily not busy when we swam. The only complaint was our TV was not compatible with renting/displaying movies on YouTube. It was pretty frustrating. I pay $20 for YouTube premium so I don’t understand why their TV was not able to play a movie that I rented on YouTube. That was really annoying because I already spent the money, we just had to watch cable TV and YouTube videos but we couldn’t really enjoy a movie night on our room.

Been staying here for years. Is always my place when I need a hotel in this area. This visit, the desk staff not as friendly as previous visits.

This hotel is located in a very quiet area, and there are several Asian restaurants nearby. I felt the room was quite large and very clean. The breakfast was good, and there was coffee and hot water available at the entrance.

The rooms were clean. It was walkable to restaurants and shopping. The pool was fun for the kids. The staff was nice.

Breakfast was beyond expectations! Pool was clean and nice but I would have liked a shady spot to tread water. The only issue was my next door neighboor repeatedly placed his trash in the hallway.

I just spent one night but slept like a rock. It was all I needed. Didn’t need amenities just a super clean room and a great air conditioner. I’ll definitely book there again.

The room was well designed. There was plenty of room for my clothes and bathroom items.

Nice property with a friendly and efficient staff at check in and out. Good location, food options close by. Easy to find. Room was nice. Only complaint was a noisy fan all night in the hvac unit. Old and needs attention.
