The rooms were clean, the breakfast was as expected and parking was easy.

Room, pool and breakfast area were well maintained and clean. The coffee station was clean and well stocked throughout the day. Staff was polite and made us feel very welcome. Overall we had a great stay here for our LA portion of our trip prior to our cruise.

The staff was polite and the ammentinities were pretty good. Some things that knock a point are just how stained the walls and bathroom is. I'm assuming these are old stains, but it was a little gross to think about it. Also depending on where your room is, the sound proofing is poor. I got a room right next to the main lobby and elevator and would hear footsteps and talking at all times of night. Also note that the fridge is more like a cooler than a functioning fridge.

For one night our stay was great. We were able to take advantage of a few of the amenities during that time. I wish there was a hot tub but not a need!

The room was clean and met expectations. One thing I noticed was that I wasn’t offered the complimentary bottled water that’s typically provided as part of the Honors Rewards program, which I’ve consistently received at other locations. Additionally, when I went downstairs for coffee in the morning, the employee I encountered didn’t make eye contact or offer a greeting. Other than those service-related issues, my stay was satisfactory.

Nice property, clean, great location, easy free parking. Only issue, the shower is poorly desingned. Shower has one fixed door and one sliding door. But the shower head is located on the far side of the shower with the fixed door and there is no diverter, so you are forced to enter the shower to turn on the water. And because it takes time for the water to warm up, you get a blast of cold water. If you are taller and have long arms you can reach in and turn on the water and only expose your arm the the cold shower. But for those more petite individuals, showering includes a temporary cold toture before you can enjoy a warm shower. The complimentary breakfast is standard and good. Bed is comfortable. We have stayed many times and will return, despite the disappointing shower design.

Greta place to stay! Pool was a bit chilly, but everything else from the breakfast buffet to the staff was top notch. Room was sparkling clean, bathroom was well stocked with enough towels for the four of us. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Parking was ample and in a safe area. The breakfast was quality and fully stocked with eggs, meat, overnight oatmeal, waffles, fruit, cereal, juices and yogurt- much more than a “continental” breakfast. Great location near everything!

Shower was clean but needed scrubbed. We were charged for Internet though we didn't use it. Staff was very helpful.

Really clean place, friendly staff, nice location close to restaurants. This was our second stay at this place and I would absolutely recommend it

The bathroom was quite clean and bright, with excellent lighting over the sink and countertop. Breakfast was good, especially the oatmeal. However, it was odd that no "caffeinated" tea (such as Earl Grey) was available! Only herbal teas were set out at the coffee/tea station. When the breakfast staff person was asked, she could not find any "caffeinated" tea in her kitchen supply. The hallway on the second floor smelled of smoke when we arrived, even though there was a sign indicating it was a "No Smoking Floor". We found out that another guest on that floor was a smoker, so she could have been the source of the smoke odor. The landscaping on the grounds of the hotel were immaculate, which indicates a high level of exterior maintenance. The location was excellent, and it was an easy one-block walk to many restaurants.
