Thin walls. Person upstairs sounded like elephant stomping back & forth all evening! Lucked out quiet up there from 1130 till 6am. Then stomping again. Heavy door by us to exterior restaurants slams starting at 330am & 530am on people talking in hall at 330am. Fan over tub on 24/7 cant turn noise off old & loud. Refrigerator loud noise whole time running. Pillows good bed clean. Vending machines crazy costs! See pictures. Good location to city of hope. Good price. Coffee & muffins& oatmeal at breakfast time. Called our room 1.5 house before checkout time to make sure we were leaving? Key to room terrible 5-6 times to get green lite??

The room was not very clean and there were roaches, so we checked in and checked out in 10 minutes. We could not stay there with how unclean. The room looked.

Location within walking distance of restaurants. Decent price for a clean room. Kitchenette with pots and utensils provided. Choices of breakfast items was pretty Spartan: muffins and granola bars.

The bathroom could have been cleaner. It was stained in some places. The microwave was also dirty on the inside.

Close to restaurants Needs repair. Dead cockroach in bathroom that was stuck or burned in bathtub

The staff were excellent and helpful as I am new to LA. Plus I also give them the info about the east coast in which they never really get to know

The room was not clean. Only the sheets were changed. I had to clean the bathroom. We had to ask for a coffee maker and it leaked water everywhere. The lock in the door didn't work. Someone walked in on us in the middle of the night. They showed me a document indicating the room was cleaned. BS! I am writing a formal complaint to Extended Stay Corporate.

The room was dirty on arriving. It looked like a previous guest had an animal with them because there were claw marks on the curtains, chair and headboards. There was also a random sticker in the shower and the tub was questionable. The elevator had a strong fish like smell on our last day. Also, a few of the towels that were in our room on the first night had stains.

The room was very clean and cool.

Great location and clean room The quality of people in the other rooms same feeling as some other hotels . It feels skechy the people look suspicious and on drugs possibly. But overall it’s ok

Bed was comfortable. I slept well. Staff was nice enough, but not always at front desk. For the price it is fine.

Convenient location and the staff were friendly. Check in process was super fast and the room was spacious. Room smelled fresh and had a refrigerator and amenities. Also it’s a pet friendly hotel so that’s awesome. Spent a little over $200 for this room for 1 night and I checked out after about 5 hours. Hall way reeked of cat pee, I tried going outside alone to let my dog use the bathroom and there was some creepy people outside and it didn’t feel the safest. People in room above us were really loud but we did get a first floor room so that was to be expected. Shower had what looked like mold but could have just been a stain. It was clean enough to shower in but I was concerned with giving my baby a bath. Didn’t feel like the safest place for my family and I definitely wouldn’t consider staying there long term.
