This hotel was upsetting

Everything was great except maintenance. Elevator was out of service for a full week. Having only one elevator therefore expect wait times. Also drink vending machine within the floor was out of service.

I like the location. Easy access to several restaurants.

Hotel left my wife stranded. I booked it in my name but per their policy she was unable to check in with my children regardless if I was on my way at a later time due to work schedule. Do not recommend. Staff were rude.

This property has always been one of my favorite places to stay. The property is clean and well maintained.

AC issue on/off , single elevator working, ants in bathroom, water was not accurate to temp. Compete crap of staff

I like that the room was very clean . I also like that the hotel refunded my deposit right away.

Very clean room and facility. Easy check in with good cookies. Nice buffet on site for a price. Very friendly staff in restaurant. Outside near entrance could have looked cleaner.

Everything is good. Some furniture and restroom need to be renovated already.

Great staff and great location.

Front desk staff were very nice. Evening schedule ran very late, so I called and they were accommodating about checking me in at 2:30am. Also spilled a drink on myself right before check out and they gave me a little extra time past the original 11am check out to run back to rinse/change clothes so I didn’t have to head out in sticky clothes.

Everything went great

Staff were very helpful! We did pay for early check in but they weren’t able to accommodate us, but they did let our family use the pool while we waited which was fantastic! There was no resort fee either! Thanks for a wonderful stay!

This hotel met our needs. The location is accessible to everything without having the high parking fee connected to in town locations. Also the restaurant had good food and reasonable prices.

Still a good Hotel and ample parking space easy to get in and out, very convenient location with lots of restaurants and shops. Our room is a good size but reject to elevator which make noise all the time need to keep A/C on all the time to cover the noise from elevator. Otherwise I will give it 5 stars
