We ended up booking another night !!! Everything walking distance

I was not given at least 1 room chosen with mountain view and closely placed although, did get walk-in shower.Rooms were both located busy areas; elevator and ice room and, 4 rooms apart which request was to be as close as possible.There was no Buffet breakfast as advertised and items from menu were scarce.Only coffee served was Starbuck if you re a fan.

Room seemed newer and nicer than one we rented previously (in the same price category) at a different hotel nearby. It has a beautiful wood closet, dresser, coffee area, etc., and an extra wooden table on wheels that stores away under the desk and can be rolled out for meals or other uses. The AC worked well. Bathroom has a tall toilet, not a small low-to-the-ground toilet. Plenty of hot water for showers. Quiet atmosphere. Friendly, helpful staff. Everything was great! No complaints at all. We plan to go back again.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. Great area, easy to access from the freeway. I would definitely stay here again.

Nothing The swimming pool was really dirty. And we stay in a room where the air conditioner was next to the sofa, and all the air was towards the kids. We tried to turn it off, but it’s so hot. There were some cockroaches in the restroom.

Room either previously had a smoker or the adjoining rooms had a smoker. Overwhelming smell of smoke would come and go. Otherwise room and staff were pleasant enough.

Stayed for one night. The room was clean and comfortable. Location is great as it is close to shops and restaurants. Definitely will stay here again.

Lovely, clean, quiet with prompt and very pleasant and helpful staff. Requested a later checkout so could go to brunch with family. It was NO problem.
