Check in smooth and quick. Jose was excellent.

Amenities not as promised. Staff unwilling to accommodate and exterior of property unwelcoming.

Didn't like anything, at the property they charged it double despite of confirming already payed at booking

Really nice and calm place to stay at, it was located at a very nice spot were everything was really close.

The AC worked well, the beds were okay. No option for 2 queens so we had to do two full. Lots of places to eat nearby.

Nothing Roaches everywhere nothing food

Very unfriendly staff. Arrived after a long drive. Wanted to use bathroom and was simply told 'we don't have a public restroom'. No apologies, not trying to find ways to help. The place is very old. Appliances barely work. No shampoo. Right next to freeway, noisy like hell. There were stains on supposedly fresh towels. Bascially it's a dump. Will never stay again.

We get to the hotel and they tell us that the hotel was overbooked. After we had made reservations prior to that date. Everything

The hotel was unhygienic and probably needs inspection by authorities, and I only got to see the lobby and hallways. The hotel didn't allow me to check in, even when I had a prepaid confirmed booking. They simply mentioned that they are overbooked and they can't help. Hotels.com and Expedia tried calling them multiple times to address my issue and allow me to check in or find me a partner hotel that can take me in. I wasted 2.5 hrs in the process, and finally, I had to walk myself to a nearby hotel to book a walk-in reservation. Never had such a bad experience in life anywhere.

Clean good location exelent stay 1000% recomendded

There were cockroaches in my room. The whole place smelled bad.

While staying we had an issue with cockroaches around the premises and our card key would stop working at times so we would be locked out of the room until the front desk would reset it. Our room even had some sort of white powder split all over a corner of the wall by the bathroom. Everything looked as if it was just briefly cleaned. Or barely wiped down.

I was placed in the third floor and it smelled SO BAD. Like genuinely. It was so bad that I asked to be switched out of the room, but the smell made me so nauseous that I threw up the whole night. Day 2 of my trip was spent in a hotel bed because of this place. I tried to wait for the manager to arrive the next morning but he/she never came in. I left as soon as possible because I couldn’t stay in that place anymore. Do yourself a favor, spend that $30 extra and don’t come here :) Still waiting to be contacted by the manager. I left all my information and that was a week ago.

The electric stove was giving use issue and only one of the burners worked
