Complimentary breakfast? There was hot water and coffee... the website and a sign said there will be breakfast starting ar 6. We got coffee at 7 or 730. When I was at the front desk to ask about breakfast, I said hello? No one came. The property also smelled of wet dogs. Yes, everyone that was staying there all had a dog or two. I do not recommend this stay at all.

Decent room. Reasonable pricing. Budget friendly. If you don’t mind visitors crawling out the cabinets definitely worth the buck.

The kitchenet was like they started it and never completed. No drawers or cabinet doors. For a handicap assistant room it failed in so many ways..

The kitchen was very old but tidy. Bed hard and sheets not very soft. Floor "looked" clean but after shower my feet got dirty walking to bed? Hair in tub not mine. No smoking location but old cigarette butts all over the ground. Terrible grounds keeping. Morning no coffee or hot water. Had to ask that they be supplied. Two pkg of oatmeal and a few fiber fruit bars. Four guests waiting and it was only 8:00am.

Place was misleading, walks and counters keeping, our microwave was dirty and entire first floor STUNK like smoke. No ice machine and we saw 2 cockroaches on the window sill, a very nasty hotel I would and will never stay at. I paid way too much and pictures are very deceiving, a very OLD HOTEL! DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

Arrive around lunchtime and asked to checkin early, was advised there would be a fee for this. Thats fair enough, but when we got to the room it was the worst tip of a room you could imagine. The majority of the tiles were broken all over the floor, it hadnt be moped or brushed, and you wouldnt wash you dog in the shower never mind getting a shower yourself especially as the water was cold. Asked reception to have a look at the shower and was intending to say to the maintenance guy about the cracked tiles all over the room floor, but not just cracked you could have easily sliced your skin on them as the cracks were raised. Over an hour later nobody had turned up, asked reception again about the guy, was told he was on his way! From where new York? Ended up documenting the experience back to expedia, and advised them this was not what i paid for especially no hot water to shower. Expedia were very very helpful and refunded my money to book another hotel, avoid at all costs even of free!!!!!! Terrible experience, unhelpful staff.

no cabinet doors. there were cigarette holes in the curtains of my non smoking room. found multiple hairs in my bed, bathroom, shelves/cabinets in kitchenette, and inside of the refrigerator. all doors had marks as if someone had tried prying it open chipping away the paint and exposing the wood of the door. multiple stains on carpets and inside of refrigerator. door of the white refrigerator was rusting. highly disappointed with this property.
