Arcadia Hospital recommended this hotel for patients to stay prior to surgery. This created problems for me.

Our room was what we expected. With the trundle bed out , there was no walking space. Just not a good set up. Also , our room was never refreshed.

Nice free breakfast. The bed mattress felt very nice, I think it was new. The staff was very accommodating. The room upstairs was noisy. It’s wood floor so I could hear the kids jumping around.

I liked that breakfast was available until 10am. most end very early. The bathroom in the room was very small, no counter space or place to put toiletries for a family of 4.

We had a great stay. Our room is spacious and clean. Overall, we had a good stay.

At the fist day, the staff is very bad. However, on the next day, after we compalin with the manager, the manager provides us timely and good solution. overall, it is good. the staff on the night time for the first day.

Very nice stay, staff were helpful. The only niggle was that the breakfast area was quite small and it got very busy at times, but the breakfast was great. Easy walk to the Metro station.
