N/A The washing and laundry machine still need coins as many years ago, and only the lobby desk helper only accept cash to buy coins, this is very uncomfortable as cash is rarely used today.

The breakfast was very good. Great options and nice eating area. Could have had a better coffee service. Ran out both mornings. Water pressure in shower left a lot to be desired.

The whole experience was, absolutely amazing. Great customer service the gentleman at reception covered all our needs and was very helpful. Same in the morning and a great breakfast selection. Big comfy and very clean room and facilities.

Exceptional service from front desk when we arrived early. She got us the room location we wanted even though we only stayed one night. Room 408 had problems that we had not encountered in your rooms before. The mattress was uncomfortable. It was too squishy & soft. Also, the room air conditioner was really bad. It was loud and the temperature was impossible to control. We wound up turning it off at midnight, then we over-heated.
