Oak Tree Inn

There are a few things that could be better. The towels could be of better quality and not so cheap. The hand soap stinks (I would bring my own), The cost of the room is climbing. I looked for another motel around the same area and found something quite nice. The towels are of good quality, the soap smells better and parking is very easy and not far from our room. It was a great experience at the new motel we stayed this week.

The front desk staff was amazing.

Everything was good but the plumbing was horrible for the sink. This is the second time I stayed and the sinks are always clogged the water goes down very slow other then that the rooms are good.

Based on the reviews, I expected this to be a comfortable, family-friendly place to stay. Unfortunately, my experience was the complete opposite. From the moment we checked in, the staff was very short and not particularly welcoming. Outside, there were vehicles being worked on, and several cars appeared to be in poor condition or possibly being used as shelter. The surrounding area also had a strong urine smell, which made the property feel very unpleasant. Inside the room, the beds were extremely uncomfortable and left us feeling itchy. The bathroom was also concerning, as there appeared to be mold or mildew on the walls. Overall, this was not the clean, comfortable, family-friendly experience I expected based on the reviews. I was very disappointed with our stay and would definitely not stay here again.

Very convenient walkable distance to a Starbucks and other fast food places. The place is good with easy parking

Overall we only stayed there to sleep. Didn't use the pool but it was clean.

The rooms are maintained daily. The staff is welcoming, parking is ample.

I t was just what we needed . Good location, air conditioning, plenty of of parking and elevators.. Definitely not fancy but was what we were looking for.

It’s not a fancy hotel and the concrete on the outside is a bit dirty/old but the room was clean, we had a good air conditioner, and the staff was very nice (both front desk and cleaning staff). They always had a smile and a “hello”.
