Incredible hotel! Staff was very friendly and upon hearing our bad experience about a different hotel the night before the staff hooked us up with an upgraded room. Incredibly nice, the work out room was one of the best equiped I have been in. Hotel was bright and clean. Would recommend anyone looking to stay in the general area to stay here!!

Cons: Parking is slightly inconvenient. And if you stay in the tower, it is even more inconvenient. If you stay in a King suite. The closet location is very odd. It hits the front door. There is a steamer, but there is no iron and no ironing board.

The hotel is new and very clean

Room was clean & comfortable.

Stayed during the 4th of July weekend. The night staff was great. The morning front desk crew were slightly rude as was the restaurants host. Nothing too egregious, they were more than likely overwhelmed from the holiday weekend. Property is nice, hotel is very quiet, a little dim in the hallways but otherwise very pleasant.

The only thing that I can see that would have improved our would have been to have charging ports in our room.

This hotel room didn't have chair and table. If you travel you can't really work in the room There are no office rooms

Newer hotel in great location. We were there for meetings at CalTech, and it was only about 15 minutes away from the hotel. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. AC worked well and was quiet. Front desk staff were responsive and helpful. Food from restaurant was delicious. Plenty of parking because it has a covered garage in addition to the uncovered lot near the entrance. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel.

We traveled with a large group of families and had arranged a connecting room and adjacent rooms. However, upon arrival around 4 pm, we were informed that the system was down, preventing us from checking our reservation or making accommodations. The rooms were also unavailable, and they couldn’t find one of our reservations despite repeated requests, the staff (Nichole) couldn’t find our reservation. She didn’t apologize and simply repeated the printed copy, which was the last update. This meant there was no room for us. Next morning, all the rooms keys were not working after 12. We need to reactivate at the front desk. The room is spacious, but the staff is unhelpful and unfriendly. The soundproofing is poor, allowing you to hear people talking from the hallway and music from the rooftop bar.

Really noisy at 4:00 am was woken up by a guest who was drunk talking to her friends outside and the pool area was covered in flies everywhere

But the parking fee were a little too hight compere to other hotels at that area. other than that was good

Very, clean, spacious and top of the line property.
