Front desk agent was not helpful, not friendly, dry and gave wrong information about room location. Hotel needs to add or locate bell cart better especially on a Sunday morning,3 carts does not cut it. Rooftop bar should always have room for hotel guests regardless of event and not made to wait a hopeful 30 minutes. Everything else about this hotel is amazing.

There were no shops to buy basic items you forgot to pack. Long walk between two different room towers.

The entire room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. The odor was overwhelming, and every breath I took smelled like smoke. I was unable to sleep at all throughout the night because of it. Hilton promised that I would only be charged $75 for the room that night, and I would appreciate receiving my refund as soon as possible.

The staffs all r really nice and helpful The housekeepers doing theirs job all chitchatting and laughing a lot , very noisy , that I can’t rest really well in the morning .

I find the corner room quite clean and spacious for two, the king size bed very comfortable, and the chaise lounge chair fairly modern too.
