Quiet and secure...feels like home...great restaurant, too

Super cute room and extremely nice staff. The rooms and the little common area so so nice. Great pool with lounge chairs and tables. Separate access to the restaurant was great! We will definitely be back!!! Nothing at the hotel. The restaurant was not as great. It took over two hours to get our food. We left and and told them to cancel our order.

The breakfast and the common area were great, and the staff (Megan) was fantastic. There wasn't a hint of smoke. I love that! No smoking! Seriously though, every detail was thought out. Made for a most memorable stay. I'll be looking for a reason to return. A couple more regular coffe pods would have been nice. (Not decaf). I'm sure if Megan had been around at 4-5am, she would have happily obliged, but as it was the common area had a coffee pot, so it worked out. All in all, I can't complain. Our stay was as close to perfect as its gets. If I had to do it over again, I just would have stayed longer!

We are not Airbnb people. This could change our minds. We had our own Locked room from the common area (which was stunning) and an outside door (with a combination). This is indeed a HOTEL room, with some of the niceties of an Airbnb. We checked in early, and as messaged, sent a text to the owners, and we had someone there promptly to check us in. Just walking into the reception office, it was fresh and clean! The parking is safe, secluded, and close to the outdoor room doors. That made it nice to bring things in, also! We were out until late that night, and walking in was like coming home. A nice comfortable love seat, a bed that we melted in and slept so good on, along with the quietness. BIG plus, the A/C works so good!! It was very hot in Artesia, and our room was perfect! We had a Keurig in our room, and only a few Pods to choose from, but next time we will bring our own. The water jug in the common room was empty, and in the desert, water is important. We brought our own, but it was something we saw available by the staff, and it was not there. This is just a little thing, but it would not stop us from staying again, and again!

This property is quiet and secluded from town! I loved the small garden and landscaping around the property. I loved the lobby and easy access to both outside and common area. No notes. I had an amazing stay!

This small cozy Inn is exceptional. The decor is beautiful and the attention to every detail is excellent, like having a toothbrush holder in the bathroom. This was the most comfortable mattress I have experienced and first time in months I slept without sciatic pain. Liked that you have a private entrance to the restaurant without going outside. The large sitting room that all rooms shared would be a plus if you are traveling with friends. Only having one regular kerig coffee when there are two people. Skip all of the flavored ones.

Such a cute and private place. Felt safe and like home. Wish we had time to enjoy the swimming pool.

Love the place really clean,staff was awesome very friendly and helpful, location was awesome as well super close to the border patrol academy.i was really satisfied best choice ive made. Wish we couldve gotten in the pool.

Customer service was excellent. The room was very comfortable. The bed comfy. Most appreciated was the coffee machine in the room and extras in the fridge. Having the restaurant connected to the inn made dining so easy.

The property was very clean with private parking for the Inn. The lobby, common area, and rooms were very well kept. It is in a great location away from everything but only a short drive to everything. No dislikes
