This small cozy Inn is exceptional. The decor is beautiful and the attention to every detail is excellent, like having a toothbrush holder in the bathroom. This was the most comfortable mattress I have experienced and first time in months I slept without sciatic pain. Liked that you have a private entrance to the restaurant without going outside. The large sitting room that all rooms shared would be a plus if you are traveling with friends. Only having one regular kerig coffee when there are two people. Skip all of the flavored ones.

Customer service was excellent. The room was very comfortable. The bed comfy. Most appreciated was the coffee machine in the room and extras in the fridge. Having the restaurant connected to the inn made dining so easy.

The property was very clean with private parking for the Inn. The lobby, common area, and rooms were very well kept. It is in a great location away from everything but only a short drive to everything. No dislikes

During our 10-day trip to New Mexico we had the opportunity to stay in many hotels and inns. This was by far the best. It was clean, spacious, well-appointed. We were greeted and shown around the property. Our unit was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. The restaurant also exceeded expectations with really fine dining at an excellent price. We had to make a last minute adjustment to our stay, and the host was responsive and accommodating. Seriously? Not a thing! I would stay here again without hesitation!

Location and restaurant are great the food was excellent. The rooms are very comfortable and extremely clean. The staff for check in and services for the rooms are very professional, friendly and personal. Nothing the place more than met my expectations and I will definitely be staying there again. I am also recommending it others that I travel and work with:)

The room is very nice and the property is very well kept. In my opinion this property is more like a BnB than a traditional hotel room. It is a bit rustic with open log ceilings with rough sawn boards above the logs. The floors are new and the bathroom is updated with a great shower, no bathtub. Water pressure and drainage are satisfactory. There isn’t a staff person there all the time. It was not an issue, but that is all I can state for a non like. There is some traffic noise but it seems to calm down later in the evening. Artesia is an oil town.

Honestly, the best hotel i have ever stayed at. It wasnt a typical hotel and more like a very clean & caring relative letting you stay overnight and treating you excellent while you're there. Comfortable & clean beds. Cozy environment. The bathroom was beautiful! I'm in Artesia for work reasons multiple times a year & have stayed at multiple hotels in town, none of them compare. I cannot wait to stay here again. Nothing. It was flawless.

Clean comfortable room with character. Excellent staff. Stayed here twice over a couple weeks and both were A++ Not a complaint really but I wish they provided bathrobes. It would fit the rooms well.

Words cannot describe the detail and comfort of our stay. Even pictures don't do it justice Every detail, every thing in the room spoke of comfort and someone personally thinking of the guest staying there. How to meet each need to make the stay pleasant. Being met by the host, check in was simple and a breeze A tour of our room, where you can come in from the outside but at same time exit our room into a main common area which featured kitchen supplies if needed, a washer and dryer free to use, and big surprise bonus opening a door into what looks like 5 star restaurant that was right there to enjoy. unfortunately for us, we had been on the road all day and just needed time to relax. A refrigerator in our room had yogurt, milk, juice, while there also was dry cereal, muffins, peanut butter, bananas, and granola bar. There was a Kuerig coffee pot with assorted flavor coffee pods, bottles of water. The bedding and comfort of bed heavenly. My son and I had privacy as it was two bedrooms with a sliding barn door between the rooms. The bathroom was well equipped with dispensers of shampoo, conditioner and body wash, The shower was combo with hand held or shower head spray. I loved this feature as I could take shower without getting my hair wet. There was nothing in my opinion that could have been better. The price for this luxury made it even more memorable. I only wish I could have stayed longer to be able to sit in front on the patio in the comfortable patio set and enjoy my morning coffee or evening glass of wine. I will always remember this place and would go out of my way to stay here again.

This place is a gem. Awesome accommodations. Great value, quiet and the folks there were super friendly. I will stay there again next time I roll thru.

The breakfast provided was very helpful! Wish the thermostat for the room that regulates the air temp of the room, could also be in the room instead of the hallway near washing machines. But knew where it was and no problems! All good!

Nice to have an assortment of food for breakfast. Really nice to have milk in the fridge for the cereal! Quite surprised. The water pipe that broke on Thursday night, meaning no water on Friday morning was a pain. However, this was not under the control of the hotel. They were nice and accompanying me with gallons of water for brushing my teeth etc. But again, not under the control of the hotel.

Great value! Megan was kind when we checked in and we instantly felt welcome. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Having the pool to ourselves was a bonus! Megan made sure we had plenty of breakfast items in our room which was greatly appreciated.
