Best hotel in the area. Would stay again!!!!!

I booked a family suite through Expedia for my family of five, expecting the accommodations I paid for after a 12-hour drive from Houston, Texas. Upon arrival, the front desk agent informed me that the hotel had us down for a standard room, not the family suite I had reserved and paid for. The Issue: When I presented my confirmation documents, the front desk agent refused to honor the booking, stating that it was an "Expedia error" and not the hotel's responsibility. I was then presented with an unacceptable ultimatum: accept a standard room with two queen beds, which is insufficient for my family of five, or cancel the reservation with zero refund. Impact: After an exhausting 12-hour drive with three children, we were left without the accommodations we had paid for and were treated with complete indifference by the staff. This situation caused significant distress and put my family in a vulnerable position late at night.

Spacious room. Room was clean. Friendly staff. Comfortable bed Construction noise that woke at in the 8am hour. No verbal acknowledged of Construction outside our door (200).

Our stay here was comfortable and uneventful. Our family always looks for a hotel with an indoor pool so we chose this site. Our trip was to Carlsbad Cavern but we stayed in Artesia. The room at this hotel was very spacious. Cleanliness was on par with other hotels. Breakfast was usual. The gym had two treadmills that were not functioning. I informed the staff who did not seem aware of it. That would be the only nick on our stay lol.

The night time clerk was a friendly warm welcomed receptionist She was very attentive and was customer friendly if therdvsss a ten star she would definitely get one she worked on 4-3-2026 around 830 pm
