Great staff, very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and beds were very comfy. I don't have any complaints.

Breakfast was good. The room we stayed at was very clean. The only thing, would be nice, is that I wish they had more than 1 washer and dryer.

Hotel was decent for the area.

To be honest, THIS Best Western property was disappointing; the pool was drained and inoperable because of an ‘Environmental Issue’, the Bar in their restaurant had lost their liquor license, the window screens for my 2nd floor room were laying on the ground below; the TV had no volume, the bathroom fan was inop. This property is CRYING for Maintenance Help, but I don’t think the Staff really cares about making a good impression for their guests. Sadly, this was 1st and LAST time to stay there. If you’re considering a stay here because of the BW brand, look elsewhere.

Hotel was over all good. Could use some renovations, but would stay again if needed.

I was disappointed that the pool was closed. This hotel is beautiful, and the room was very comfortable. The breakfast is a sit down cooked to order restaurant breakfast--a step up from most. There are some maintenance issues that need to be adressed such as the broken card reader on the auxiliary entry door and the non functional lobby restroom, but overall it's a nice place to stay. I'm looking forward to my next stay.

Need to have a cleaner place

Only place we stay when we are in Artesia

It is a very old hotel needs a lot of maintenance and repairs no elevator, no security doors back doors locked door key not working. The house keeping doors open and you could see all the stuff. Pool not open looks like it’s been closed for a very long time. Very old building

There was no water in the pool or the hot tub so could not use it. Also the first night I took a shower the hot water did not work. Found a roach in the room. I would not recommend unless it’s the last resort.

Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Pool was not open so that was kind of a disappointment. The Lucky Duck restaurant in hotel was very good and waitress also very friendly
-
The service. The manager. The friendly staff and restaurant staff The pool and jacuzzi wasn't working
-
It should have been posted on the website that the swimming pool was closed. That was a big big disappointment to me. The boy working ice machine was on the first floor and there was no elevator.

Instead of having breakfast available in the hotel guest, go to the connecting restaurant for a great selection of breakfast items. The staff at the restaurant are fantastic pretty much anything you want for breakfast is available I would certainly stay here again
