Best Western Pecos Inn

My room was on the first floor, so I never had to locate the elevators, but I'm not even sure they have elevators. If not, that would be a real problem.

2 night stay, everything in my room was good, no complaints. I slept good, everything worked. Only bad thing,hallways were pretty hot, no building AC( felt bad for the employees) pool out of service which just looks bad, out service ice machine again just looks bad on company. I did not need or needed to use either its more like a luxury and cosmetic to see. Other than that everything was great to me.

Very nice and clean, all staff was very nice. Breakfast was great!

We were super excited about using the pool and hot tub based on the images; however, they were both closed down for” environmental maintenance”. We also seem to have gotten a room that was infested by mosquitoes. We killed over 15 mosquitoes, had to go by citronella bands, and still ended up with mosquito bites while we slept. The property itself looked nice. The breakfast was really nice. But overall, the lack of pool and the mosquitoes really made our stay just mediocre.

Had one of the best breakfast restaurants? Motel was very large. And super nice.

Nice and clean Everything is perfect no complaints

Rooms were clean and bed was comfy No continental breakfast. They gave you vouchers for a basic meal at the “restaurant” located on premises. Only 1 drink and 1 small meal provided. Anything else was extra and we had to tip the waitresses. If I would have known this I would have booked a different hotel with a continental breakfast. Outside doors would lock, but couldn’t open them with your room card because the card readers were missing and wires just dangling. ALL outdoor doors were like this. People just propped them open with a rock. Entire inside was hot and humid, including hallways and entryway and common spaces. The pool was out of order and has been for months, which we really wanted seeing as how hot it was. Staff was VERY unprofessional. Bath tub had cracks in the enamel where they tried to repaint it. Shower curtain rod had exposed screws hanging out. Mildew in the corners of the tub. There were metal doors to other rooms that had holes ripped into them looking like the police had to rip them open.

The stay was comfortable and for the area I would use this hotel again if needed. The property could use a few upgrades but overall a decent place.

Property was nice and room was nice and big and comfortable. We picked the motel for the pool which had been out for a long time and looked like would not be used again, maybe ever. … the plants around the pool had over grown the walkways and into the pool, which was empty. Staff said pool would be open soon, but that was doubtful. The staff did their job well, but did it in away which they didn’t care to work at this location.

I don't have any complaints.

Breakfast was good. The room we stayed at was very clean. The only thing, would be nice, is that I wish they had more than 1 washer and dryer.

Pool was down, part of the reason we booked.

Hotel was decent for the area.

To be honest, THIS Best Western property was disappointing; the pool was drained and inoperable because of an ‘Environmental Issue’, the Bar in their restaurant had lost their liquor license, the window screens for my 2nd floor room were laying on the ground below; the TV had no volume, the bathroom fan was inop. This property is CRYING for Maintenance Help, but I don’t think the Staff really cares about making a good impression for their guests. Sadly, this was 1st and LAST time to stay there. If you’re considering a stay here because of the BW brand, look elsewhere.
