Everything was as expected. The room is comfortable and the staff was very friendly No complaints.

We stayed here because of breakfast & indoor pool. The pool & gym area were great Breakfast was not prepared well & the kitchen lady was not concerned that there wasnt any apple or orange juice or yogurt. the peanut butter was so old it was hard as a rock the boiled eggs looked like they had been in the fridge for a while and the quality of the other items werent good. They were wet mopping the main lobby at checkout time-dangerous. The furniture in the room had tears in the chair & the desk was beat up pretty badly

The water in the pool and hot tub smelled a little stale.

Room wasn’t clean, moved to another room and it was dirty too. My child found a pill on the floor. Don’t stay at this hotel, and the staff is not helpful at all.

Friendly staff and a great hot breakfast made the start of my day complete. Clean and comfortable room with quiet A/C. It's just off the main route with restaurants close by.

The property was easy to locate. Everything was outstanding. Staff were really nice and helpful. I would stay again if I’m in the area. No comment

First room was dirty, got switched and that room was dirty too.

Loved you had a pool and hot tub. Needed the nice break on our trip. Adobe Rose restaurant was recommended and the food was great there as well. Everything was great. Keep up the good work.

Overall good stay. Horrible time with key cards. Watch room pricing. Dropped 30 bucks on line after lunch. Had to be let in by front desk because the cards rarely worked.

Although outdated, I felt it was clean and satisfaction.

Comfortable bed Horrible sulfur smell in room. Also the food was not well kept. Butter had very clearly been melted and re- refrigerated many times. It looked nasty. Staff sat in the breakfast room talking with friends instead of helping guests. Would not recommend or stay here again.

There's a large main room with a sink and refrigerator, couch and chair. The bedroom is separate. It's quiet and very comfortable. There is absolutely nothing to do in this town. it's a great place to stay if you need a break from the road. It's roughly half way between Carlsbad Caverns and Roswell, so location isn't all that bad.

The lobby was spotless with cookies and agua fresca and check in was a bit rough as the front desk agent was chatting in the housekeeping area and I waited for 20 minutes for service. However the room given was excellent and very clean. There is an extra space with a mini kitchen and fridge with microwave. The bed is massive and the TV system is great with many channels. The location here is perfect to see Carlsbad Cavern and there is a value gas station next door. The parking area is clean and safe. The pool and hot tub are sanitary and well kept. Wifi here is terrible but is available but spotty
