Notice on bathroom mirror says daily room service is available on request & must be requested before 11 AM. We requested room service the next morning around 10AM because the room was not set up for us and we ran out of towels... Not only was the front desk attendant was rude about it, he then said it was too late to request service. He said it had to be addressed before 9AM, the Notice on the mirror in our room was wrong... but no one upon check in or during any other interaction ever mentioned the changes. No one at this place was kind or friendly. We would say hello and good bye as we were coming/going for the day & they wouldn't bother looking up. Not to mention the lack of enthusiasm by the entire staff- it was very obvious no one wanted to be there. And then there was the ONE elevator for the entire place. The elevator doors open before the elevator actually stops moving. And when the cleaning staff is using the elevators... make sure you're not in a hurry because you'll be waiting a while. The beds are awful, the pillows basically disintegrate as soon as you touch them, there is NO closet or drawers for clothes, & the A/C would not cool down the tiny room despite running 24/7. I would not recommend.

The room was very spacious. One of the bed sheets were very wrinkly as if they were slept in but seemed to be clean. No freezer space in the fridge.

The hotel was clean. The beds were comfortable. Nice hot breakfast with eggs, sausage, ham depending on the morning. Convenient access to sites in and around Asheville. Our room had a couch and coffee table. It was a great setup because we were there for 5 nights.

The convenience of the location Older and run down in some ways. Our room was missing outlet covers on the plugs so wires were exposed. One room was very musty and humid. The other room we had smelled of sewer and bleach. That smell fortunately went away after the first night

Comfortable, good breakfast, helpful staff Some highway noise. No freezer included with mini fridge- this is usually found in a mini fridge and is helpful when traveling. Need coffee cup lids!

Large room. Pet friendly with no carpet. dog food, water and toys are available in the lobby. Breakfast had lots of choices. Close to many restaurants. Will stay again.
