Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Asheville West near Biltmore

Next there was a homeless man sitting at my front bumper in the parking lot at 6:50 am. This was concerning as it was just me and my daughter on this trip. And just odd to have people sitting by visitors cars in the parking lot. The walls were very thin, lots of loud noises and talking the whole stay. The WiFi password did not work. Large crack under the door I stuff with a towel. Bed was very squeaky. All night long car alarms were going off not sure if it was due to trying to scare homeless people away from cars or what.

The location The fact that we couldn’t get extra towels and washcloths. There were 2 separate times where our key cards deactivated and we had to get new ones. The tub in our room was stopped up (clogged, so the water drained slowly.

Location Unable to get additional towels when needed. Breakfast was not good.

Location was great, rooms are clean and breakfast was great The staff on our first night checking in had a soccer game on his phone plus a conversation on speaker phone. He didn’t get off the phone once. That is poor customer service.

The location and room size were decent. I made a reservation via Booking.com, which advertised no prepayment, however, I was informed by the hotel staff as we were traveling to the area that full payment of the rooms were needed that morning t9 hold the three rooms reserved. We had to pull over to provide credit card information over the phone. Not good at all. Additionally, the water flow from the showers was slim and almost nonexistent, and the toilet didn't flush well. The breakfast was lacking proteins, shredded cheese and potatoes. Wasn't as good as it could have been.

It fit our needs and the breakfast and coffee were very good. We we on the first floor across from the ice machine that was noisy and we could also hear people in the rooms next to us. The walls seemed very thin

Some of the staff were exceptional while others were just ok. There wasn't much variation in the food for breakfast.

Good location, but not so good place. In our room there was no hand soap and bath tissue holder was falling all the time because it was loose.

Staff was EXTREMELY rude, like they hated the world

The location, spacious. The only thing that caught my eye is that there were old pimple patches stuck to the shower wall.

Great hotel. Nice room. Parking was free. Nice little swimming pool. Friendly staff members.

Late night attendant was very helpful. Room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was good in the morning. Parking was ample. Location right off the highway was really good. Water pressure in room 407 was too low and the shower didn’t work.

The hallways and the room smelled damp and unkempt. The pool was very small. The breakfast was fair

It smells so wonderful. Amazes me every time I stay (twice a year) that it feels and looks brand new! Top tier! Love the free cookies at check-in and also the breakfast is great. Plus for me is that there is a Cracker Barrel within walking distance. Can't think of a thing.

The traffic noise from outside was loud at times.

No water pressure in the shower.

The breakfast was great.
