The room itself was very clean with no bad smells and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was nice although the shower is a bit odd as there was only 1/2 of the shower able to be closed off. It made it very slippery on the tile floor when finished. It was in a decent location with a variety of food options close by. During my stay I was not in the room for very long as I was attending business for most of the day. It was just a place to sleep. I stayed on the 2nd floor and I will note that the steps were a bit rough with lots of rust. They should get them maintenance properly before someone gets injured. For a solo traveler this room was great for a 2 night stay.

Was conveniently located for where I needed to be.

Clean, comfortable and safe! Thanks Ashville!!

My biggest issue is with parking. It was so limited that I had to park at the entrance to the property, instead of near my room. I’m also getting frustrated with all the hotels not having an easy to use TV channels selection. If the TV doesn’t show the names or anything to make selection easy, it’s just a crapshoot for finding something to watch.

Noise from cars on street!

The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially the man at the check-in desk, who went to make sure the room was ready when I arrived. The room was clean and neat and even smelled nice. I liked the black/white/red/gray color scheme, especially the striking red accent wall. I always love it when there's a fridge and microwave I don't have to pay extra for. The chair by the window was a cozy place to write. The red highlights were a little scratched in places, showing the white underneath. The lighting in the actual bedroom was in the far corner with a switch by the door; there was no lamp or any other lighting that could be turned on and off from the bed. There was only one bedside stand on one side of the bed, and a conspicuous empty space where another one would normally be. The chair didn't have any sort of table next to it to rest things on (e.g., drinks). I was able to get by without, but my rating would be even higher if these things were not the case.

It was pretty outdated and felt a little stuffy. Staff were nice though and the room was relatively clean.

The location was great! With a lot of places to visit near by. The tight squeeze at the end of the parking lot

Location was not far and easy to get around this town for someone who has never been. Owner has fruit, pastries and coffee for breakfast. Close to several restaurants. Small bathroom.
