Red Roof Inn Asheville - Biltmore West

Ideally, for the price my wife and I pay through hotels.com, this hotel is the best bang for your buck. Friendly staff, clean outdoor area, great lighting in the evenings, other guests seem to be respectful and keep to themselves. Overall, I will give this hotel a 9.5/10. Most importantly, the staff respects our privacy.

Good location and easy access to my room. The staff was very nice and friendly. The room was a bit crowded. Nothing wrong with it but too much in the space. Also the bathroom sink splashed all down the front of my shirt. It is a basin sink but the faucet is aimed directly toward the user. Would be nice if there was a sign warning users about this.

It is clean inside and out, also comfortable in a great location. A lot of outdoor seating.

The facility was noisy. People stood outside our room and talked on their phone until 1 am. Called deskand complaied. They did ask the people to go to their rooms.

It was clean, staff was kind and decent location from work. Nothing it was nice. Perfect fit

The entire property was recently remodeled. It is a great location, well lit, Very clean and every staff member has been professional and kind. It exceeds expectations and is as nice as some higher end chains. Nothing at all

The place was very clean and I enjoyed the updated furniture and plumbing fixtures I have no complaints.

Convenient to restaurants I probably would have preferred further away from the construction.

Good option for the budget

The front desk agent charged additional 20$ for the room stating additional 10$ per person even though the room was already booked as or for 4 persons.

The room smelled like smoke even though there were no smoking signs everywhere. There were burn marks on the heater unit. The bathroom had no mirror, there was no mirror anywhere in the room. We didn't need a wheelchair accessible room, but they gave us one, on the 2nd floor, with no elevator? Would not recommend!

Dirty and badly taken care of. Pictures online don’t match the hotel.

They have began remodeling which is a huge improvement. One of the cleaning employees walked right in my room as I was getting out of the shower without knocking. Not close to checkout time either. Needless to say I was not wearing clothing. Embarrassing
