When I arrived to the property at about 1:45pm, no one was at the front desk. I had to go looking for someone to help. I asked if any rooms were available to get into our room a bit early and was told there wasn’t- which was fine. We decided to unload our vehicle and wait in the lobby area for the 3pm check in time. Once I did that, a room magically became available. She ended up charging us an additional $22 to get into the room 45 minutes early and said she couldn’t do anything about it. We get to our room and all we smell is dog. We have a hypoallergenic dog, so we are not accustomed to pet hair. My husband has asthma, so his breathing was negatively impacted - difficulty breathing. The next day, we decided to leave that afternoon rather than spend another night in the room. As we were leaving, the same lady at the front desk tells us she can’t give us a receipt because we booked our room from a 3rd party site - I’ve never heard of that. Everything we asked for was “impossible”.

Convenient location to the softball complex. Didn’t care to much for having animals there. Every time our door shut the dog next door would bark. Our ac didn’t work great either.

Provided dog bag stations and a brightly lit parking lot Rooms were somewhat clean but also dated and a little disorderly. For example, the armchair in my room was worn and not clean enough to use

The staff were professional and personable. The property location was not desirable. The hotel needs updating. Guests were banging on a door close to our room and an outdoor window at 3:30 am.

Hotel was muggy and very humid, all over. Drink machine on our floor was out of order. Breakfast was basic, waffles are always fun, wish there had been a danish. Prolly would not choose this hotel again overall. Many others in the area.

We enjoyed our stay! Breakfast was nice, but the eggs could be better. Everything was clean except the smoking area. The ashtrays/containers need to be emptied - unfortunately, some still leave their butts on the ground. Please get better pillows! All the staff were friendly and professional.
