What a great hotel! It's really beautiful and they have a lovely wine and cheese event every night for guests where you can watch the sunset over the mountains. Breakfast is top notch. We will absolutely return.

Attractive facilities, especially the common room where the happy hour and breakfast was served. Very clean and breakfast was beautifully presented. Only negative is that the "hot" foods were not hot at all, and the only meat items available were turkey bacon (not good at all) and turkey sausage (only slightly better, but still . . .).

A very nice hotel with cozy rooms and amazing view, located in downtown Aseville. Only 5-10 mins driving to tourists attractions, restaurants and shops.

Complimentary Bike rentals and amazing directions and advice from Bill are absolutely priceless. We really enjoyed the stay and will come back.

Comfortable and homey

Breakfast variety was great. Gathering areas on several floors with great views. The breakfast area was big and had great view of downtown Asheville.

Very clean room, helpful staff and good location.

location I asked for coffee at the front desk 2 days in a row bc I was out in my room. They had nonr and said they wpuld send it to my room- they never did. So I went to the breakfast area to fet coffee and iy was. old. Thats a big negative for me.

Everything Nothing

Everything’s was fantastic! The breakfast is top notch. The location is ideal and the staff were super friendly!! Nothing, we loved it all!

Nice and clean hotel

The hotel was nice, clean with modern amenities. Room was very comfortable for 5adults. The continental breakfast wasn’t good. Many items were cold and tasteless.

Nice, new hotel and very clean. Well designed room with good bed. Good breakfast and friendly staff. Parking garage available (first come, first serve). Nice pet area. Our room was just a few yards of I-240 on one side and Tunnel Road on the other side. The result was a very noisy room. Also, we were shocked at a pet charge of almost $150 for a three-night stay. We have never paid this much before, most hotels we have used are $15 to $25 per day with a maximum of $50 and up to $100 in one hotel. $50 daily is an outrageous amount to pay. We will not be staying here again.
