good range for breakfast .staff very helpful and friendly.good location.loved the view from the top floor which we only found out by accident.overall good

We stayed two night while attending the wedding in town. The hotel was clean, modern and had everything we needed. Breakfast was complementary and included eggs, bacon, bagels, Yougurt and fruit, juices and coffee. On Monday though there was no eggs or bacon which was a little disappointing. We did use the pool one night, and the water was warm, the pool was clean. The bed was comfortable. The water pressure is the bathroom was low - not sure why. The location was convenient for us because there was a shuttle to the wedding. If we come back to Asheville, we would probably stay closer to downtown. We did walk one day, but it was about 20-30 from downtown.

Very nice hotel! Clean, comfortable and convenient

The pool was closed with no hope of it opening because the pump was broken. Huge disappointment. Everything else was great.

We stayed in a balcony suite and the view of the mountains was amazing. Clean large room. And the breakfast really was extensive. I would definitely recommend staying here,

I found a used ear plug under the comforter on the floor which was kind of gross.

Absolutely nothing!

Element stands above all hotels. The welcoming staff, very spacious rooms, and the included breakfast is out of this world. I've never seen the variety they offer you in the morning in any other hotel. I will look for an Element to stay in next time. Absolutely nothing!

It was perfect. Loved the swimming pool and the breakfast selection. The room was clean and had an amazing view. -

The traffic was loud from the interstate and could be heard from the room. Not terribly loud, but loud enough to be distracting.

Fantastic staff and hotel

Breakfast was delightful. Only concern is mold on roof of bathroom. Better ventilation needed in there.

Great place to stay! Very accommodating. The breakfast was excellent each morning. Happy hour was a bonus and watching the sunsets on the deck was beautiful! Every staff member we encountered was friendly and helpful. We definitely will stay here again. Not a thing!
