Everything was good.

The breakfast was good. The room was nice and clean.

Clean, good location We arrived 1.00 hr before chain in time and they wanted to charge us $20.00 for the hour! I own a hotel and think that is cheep. Staff is not rude, but they don’t give you a worm welcome.

Cleanliness, breakfast was good. Tiny pillows, girl at the front desk in the evening was not extremely helpful...maybe its just that I work in retail hospitality and have high expectations

great place to stay when you visit Asheville

Beds were comfortable. Liked having extra pillows on each bed. Liked the shelf below sink in bathroom- plenty space for toiletries etc. Blackout curtain spanned entire window. Ice machine located down the hall but far away enough to not hear it dispensing. Liked having bare floors in the room. Area in room with microwave and coffee maker had no light. Refrigerator was on other side of room from microwave. Hangers were small- blouses kept sliding off.

The room was very clean and roomy. The bed was very comfortable. Every staff person I encountered were nice and helpful. I did not like the way there were signs everywhere to tip. In our room there was a card that gave a QR code so you could send tip to the housekeeper that cleaned the room. There was a tip container with a QR code to tip the person taking care of the breakfast.

Great breakfast. Very thin walls. Loud in the hallways.

The hotel was very well maintained. The staff was friendly. The breakfast was very good. I do wish the pool opened earlier. My granddaughter wanted to go swimming, but we had to wait until 10 am. Overall we had a very nice stay.

Breakfast was very good. The room was very clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It was quiet. Busy Tunnel Road. Turning into the hotel was difficult because the road was busy. But not impossible.

First time staying at a Glo hotel, and we will do so again! Great staff, nice atmosphere, good breakfast, comfortable bed, clean room, great shower…all the things. There was an issue with the blinds not working in our first room, but changing rooms was quick and painless. We were impressed!

When I am in Asheville, there are a lot of hotel choices, but I always stay at GLo Best Western on tunnel road. Its just right!!

This is an affordable option with well designed rooms and good location. Breakfast is standard. Front desk was off putting at check in but morning staff were cheerful and professional.

Plan to have breakfast out. The staff are great. Clean room. Comfortable bed. Desk.
