Convenient location.

Checked in at 9 p.m. on a weekday night. The front desk clerk was handling a couple. When done she directed me to a waiting area as there were two other guests to check in ahead of me. She was very pleasant and got me situated soon after she finished with the others. My room was very comfortable temp. wise and, though small, made really efficient use of the space with a queen bed, desk, bedside tables, closet with drawers, and items like a steamer, luggage rack, blow dryer, etc. Bed was comfortable. Good lighting. Room was clean. Right around the corner from a main shopping block with bars, restaurants, and stores. Subway right outside the hotel door. All good.

The hotel was very nice, very close to a lot of restaurants, and very close to commuting on the subway system. Very clean. We were at Manhattan within minutes very convenient. The staff were very kind and courteous as well.

Kind staff and excellent location. Clean room. Loud sounds throughout the day. Also a light that can’t be turned off at night. Room was very small for price.

Cons: The restaurant downstairs plays loud music that you can hear from your room if you’re on the lower floors, we were placed next to someone with a baby who kept crying between the hours of 2am-5am and we could hear due to the thin walls, the room is small (I hit my head on the shower handle when getting off the toilet), I don’t like how the A/C is right above the bed (it’s loud and the cold air blowing on me messed with my sinuses)

The room was clean and perfect for our trip. Having it so close to the subway entrance was super helpful we didn’t take a single Uber the whole trip. There were cute coffee shops, spas, organic grocery stores, and cafes all within walking distance. The staff were all kind and helpful. They make a point to be a more sustainable hotel and you can actually see proof of that in a bunch of little ways that I appreciated while staying there.

My wife loved the interior design and its efficient functionality. The location was near the subway. Location is on the way to LGA (12 min by car). The property is new, owned by IHG. Appears they have learned want guests want/need and implemented the little things such as a steamer, reading lights, bath hooks, night stand cubby, etc

Great location. Room was small but well designed with lots of handy features. Super comfy bed! Hotel was spotless, gym was great, staff were friendly & helpful. Small on site bar was cute too. Could not fault a thing about the place. Would definitely stay again & recommend. Loved it!

The location of the hotel is perfect for NY visitors: it is easily to be reached by subway, it is located in a rather quiet and safe neighbourhood with many shops and restaurants. The personell was extremely helpful. Breakfast was great and it was - in contrast to statements of older ratings - served within the hotel. One could choose between around 8 different dishes. The room was very clean. The price was very reasonable. And one of the best things: they offered me a late departure at 2 pm which was great because of my late flight at 8 pm. Phantastic! Nothing.

Great location with plenty of choices for brunch and food in general. Within steps from the train station.

Voco in Astoria is a great place to stay. It’s less than a year old and the rooms are soundproof. Across from me was the subway track and I could barely hear it. It was probably one of of best showers I’ve ever had in a hotel room. The restaurant serves dinner and breakfast. The food and atmosphere was amazing as well as the excellent Customer Service by the entire staff throughout the hotel. It’s a short walking distance to a subway entrance. I will definitely be returning there.

What really stood out, though, was the service. The entire team is amazing; from the cleaning ladies to the General Manager, everyone was incredibly helpful and made us feel welcome. The location is also a huge plus. You’re just a 2-minute walk from the yellow metro line, which makes getting around NYC so easy. Definitely a recommendation if you’re looking for a spot that combines great service with a perfect location. We’d stay here again.

Perfect place to stay in Astoria! Everything was great. Initially I thought it may be noisy due to location under train line, but it was actually very quiet and comfortable. I highly recommend staying here.

The staff is very nice. The hotel is new, modern and clean. Rooms are very small & compact but - it’s NYC. Amenities are sparse - 1 bottle of water per guest for the entire stay + 2 pods of regular coffee. Coffee & cups were not refilled. We had no room service at all on our 3rd day.
