We love the Voco and stay here whenever we’re in Astoria! Excellent staff, clean and comfortable rooms, a fantastic Greek restaurant on the first floor and literally steps from the subway. Awesome spot.

We enjoyed our stay! The room was clean and had a nice view. The staff were all welcoming! The restaurant on site, Anemi, is very good and highly recommend! And the sparkling water option at the refill station is a nice touch!

Property is very pretty as usual. It has become my favorite place to stay, the staff is very welcoming and nice. The room I got this time was amazing, very comfortable. Looking forward to stay at the same room! Haven’t found anything bad to mention about this place.

Very good hotel. Clean, modern, and comfortable with friendly staff. The location is a bit far from downtown, and the nearby metro can be a little noisy, but overall it was a pleasant stay

Staff are great, the restaurant and food was amazing and rooms are cosy and very clean & comfortable. I enjoyed myself and recommend this hotel

Patrick was very helpful and friendly. He didn't mind to go grab a knife for me and leave the front desk... he is amazing going above and beyond for guest satisfaction. The front desk agent women wasn't welcoming or friendly. She didn't mind us going back and forth to bring our language 2 times when we reported a flooded water under the bed and the rug. She promised to move us to a bigger room on Sunday morning when others checkout and didn't communicate with other employees or even handle it herself. Air conditioning wasn't working and the TV neither. She didn't mention any room service and we has to request it every day.
