EXCELLENT customer service and very clean and spacious rooms. Enjoyed the complimentary breakfast-very substantial and everything was fresh.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. Friday breakfast was very good. Large bathroom vanity. Easy to use airport shuttle. Room was a bit small but very adequate. Saturday breakfast sparse.

It smelled so inviting as soon as we walked in. About the only thing that was a very slight inconvenience was the flat pillows

Clean The area around the hotel seems to be car body shops and car impound lot. Once you go down two blocks into the asturia neighborhood it gets better about a 15 minute walk.

Very good hotel

Love it! They do have an airport shuttle that runs every 30 minutes on demand on the hour! Everyone was super helpful and lovely. Clean rooms . Will be back

The hotel was clean and comfortable. The staff was pleasant and there was a parking lot which had spaces despite our very late arrival, 1:00am. There was a $40 parking fee. I believe this was per day, but we only stayed 1 day.

As soon as we arrived to our room, we were hit with a musty smell. We opened the window and left for the night. Came back 5 hours later still was the same. Went to front desk a few times that night about issue, but nobody was at the desk. I will be calling h Expedia about this.

We had a great stay. Three front desk clerks were great. I will definitely recommend this hotel. And the breakfast was a big plus!!!!!

This hotel feels brand new. Our room was clean, everything felt fresh and untouched. We stayed in multiple places on this trip and this hotel was the last and the best. What put it over the top was the service. Charlie and Angie at the front desk were not just super friendly but also went above and beyond to help make our stay everything we needed it to be. This was a one night stay that we booked for the convenience of being close to the airport. Anything we needed to make that happen was handled swiftly by them. The breakfast had great choices and was replenished often. The shuttle was easy to maneuver and was very clean and the driver was friendly, helpful, and prompt. It was a little far from the subway but close enough to walk about 10 minutes to some great restaurants. It's right down the block from a mini-mart. We were very impressed. Wish it was closer to the subway.

Charles at the reception desk was friendly & welcoming. Very expensive for quite a small room.
