Astoria Inn LaGuardia hotel

I loved this hotel & would definitely stay here anytime I'm in the area. They let us check in almost 4 hours early to drop our bags off in our room. The room was very big & clean, great price. Had a fridge, microwave, coffee/tea set up. The area was quiet & we slept well. Great location to walk around Astoria, which is absolutely beautiful. Thank you to the staff for being so kind & helpful!

On arrival to the hotel, I happen to lose my cellphone. And the front desk person was so very helpful. The only thing I regret is that I didn't get his name. He was an Asian fella, he was extremely helpful in getting me. The information I need to get a new cellphone. If he reads this I wanna say thank you, sir. So is definitely the customer service. The employees there are very, very helpful to the guest that stay there. And I would recommend this hotel to anyone who's traveling to new york city, especially this place

Does not look like the pictures especially the outside of the building. They need to update the pictures because they are misleading. There was a hole in the desk in my room that looked like it had a fungus in it. So I decided to not use it at all. The towels appeared to be washed but had visible stains on them and were very thin. I feel like I was overcharged for the room. I liked that there was a Dunkin donuts close by and it was close to the venue of my event and LaGuardia.

this is my second stay here, we love the location, lots of food in the area and everything is walking distance. everyone at the hotel is super friendly, clean hotel, fast check in and check out as well!

Arrived. There was no parking. Had to find parking on my own. Was a 20 minute walk. Area was extremely busy and noisy all night. They claimed parking is first come first serve. Questionable.

The parking area is littered and dirty. The pillows are stained and smelly, so are the sheets and pillow cases. The towels, although clean, are mangy and stiff.

It was one of the worst.

This hotel was okay. I picked it because they had parking as one of the things they offer, turns out they have only a few spots available and it’s on a first come first serve basis (beware of that). Other than that location is good, lots of restaurants and lounges in walkable distance.

The entire staff was very helpful. The room is very clean. Only problem was accessing bathroom in wheelchair. Must request room with large bathroom.

Great choice based on the economics and location! The staff is very helpful, knowledgeable, and eager to ensure your stay is perfect. The rooms are about 300 sqft, and that is exactly all I needed! I used Uber, but it appeared there’s a parking garage. On Steinway, so your access to a plethora of food/shopping is marvelous. I’d return in a heartbeat!
