Poor water pressure. No cold water. No room service available. No free tv options. Difficult to find. For the price, not worth it at all. I highly recommend people avoid the property.

Convenient location to car rental, typical hotel room, clean & quiet, bed a little uncomfortable for me, staff really helpful and friendly. Overall a good choice for a brief overnight after arriving although the relatively easy journey from international terminal took a little longer/was a bit further than expected.

Near to airport but trying to use tram to airport was a bit confusing and not as easy as we thought

All good - shower grout had some mold in it which is common in hotels but that was the only deficiency seen

You need more towels and toothpaste in the rooms.

The AC Hotel is very convenient especially if you’re attending a convention. The rooms are spacious and although it’s near airport you can get a good nights rest without noise. Also, staff are friendly and helpful and kind. Everything was well stocked in lobby area and shuttle bus service was available.

Clean room, lobby, hotel and all areas smell and look good. Parking is good spots up front but also gated area, members get a discount. My favorite nice size and clean gym with a Peloton.

When I got there, there was no room for me despite my expedia reservation. I then had to walk around to other hotels nearby because I didnt know the area and after 4 hotels, I finally got a room. So not thrilled...

The room was huge with a comfortable bed. It was located just a few minutes walk to the Sky train, and it was quite inside the room. I would have never known I was right next to the busiest airport in the world.
