Great experience and very convenient via the tram.

Location and access. My wife needed a hotel for the night after arriving in ATL. As we trust Marriott to be able to cater for her needs in comfort and it was on the sky train at the airport it was a simple choice. My wife has allergies so we requested a feather free room. All requests to the hotel had zero response from customer service or guest relations confirming the request. When my daughter arrived to check in (she was staying with my wife) she showed the check in person all the correspondence and thankfully was reassured that the room was feather free, only it wasn’t. My wife arrived and found that the pillows was feather free but the duvet was not. This shouldn’t be a problem just ring house keeping and they change right ? Wrong. Despite running twice and being told someone is in the way nobody arrived she ended up sleeping without a cover and using a large towel as an extra ‘blanket’ whilst having to rake medication fur already getting into a bed she was assured was feather free but wasn’t. really poor Marriott experience. No communication on requests, poor house keeping, bad job.

the bed was comfortable. I could not use my paid internet service while in my room. $47 per night to park with no other options. No breakfast options that offered value.

Conveniently located with easy SkyTrain access to Atlanta’s domestic terminal. The hotel is impeccably maintained, offers all the essential amenities, and the service was attentive and welcoming throughout my stay. My only wish is that Champions Sports Bar stayed open past midnight, particularly on weekends, it would be a great option for late-arriving travelers. Overall, a comfortable, convenient, and very pleasant stay.

The rooms were clean, and most staff were friendly. One concierge was fairly rude and had an attitude when I asked a simple question. There was no information provided on any breakfast offerings, and they charge an exorbitant amount for parking. I normally love Marriott, but this one was disappointing.

The bathroom door (batn door style) was very heavy and hard to pull shut however, once it started to roll it went very fast and my fingers got slammed into the door frame.

Great service.. accommodations were first rate

Great property and great location to the airport. The Sky Train is quick and easy! The only problem I had was the bathroom barn door. Once I closed it, I couldnt open it. It either needed to be oiled or it had come off the track. I had to use my smart watch to make a call for someone to help me because I had not taken my phone in the bathroom with me. Otherwise......Great beds, great room, great location, superb staff, and super clean. I will definitely stay here when I travel.
