Clean room

We were in a crisis. Sister on her deathbed, Southwest Airlines canceling our flight. Then renegotiate and ger a flight, but can't cancel hotel within five minutes. Really sucked.

Great location, clean updated rooms and the restaurant had excellent food and service was top notch!

Think about it no water in room 340 night I will never be back

The convenience to the airport For the price, the room was disappointing, the beds were very small and not very comfortable, the floor was really sticky in the bathroom not very private. We tried to get coffee in the morning, and the staff was too busy chatting to really pay us any attention. The only plus was the nice Front Desk person who checked us in.

I arrived at 1:30 am with my daughter and 2 grand children for a one night stay. I had reservations for 2 rooms but the person at the desk could only find one room despite my clear confirmation email showing 2 prepaid rooms. She then told me that we're no other rooms available. I spent over 2 hours trying to resolve the issue for her to finally find the reservation showing 2 rooms. I ended up only having access to my room for 4 hours due to her incompetence. These rooms were very expensive and to be denied the full use of my room was inexcusable.

Service was not good at all, waitresses mad disrespectful, the hall smelt funny

If you have more than 1 luggage you are best gettting an uber from airport I had 3 big luggage’s with me and my flight arrived almost midnight and I had to take the train then walked all the way to the hotel never again !!!

Walking distance to airport

Friendly staff. Clean facilities. Close to the airport terminal with access via the tramway. Breakfast although not included, was worth every penny and a great selection to choose from. The beds where on the small side but comfortable

Bart staff was amazing.

The convenience I did not like that there really wasn't privacy with the bathroom. The seats in the rooms weren't properly cleaned nor was the furniture there was hair of previous guest or animals. Refrigerator wasn't cooling properly. Not enough towels for guest. The restaurant was great staff was amazing. Breakfast was very good. I definitely would return but it will not be my first choice.

Clean room

The people who man the front desk were very accommodating and nice. I would definitely stay there again! I didn’t like that there were no in house dinner accommodations.

This is our go to hotel when we have an early flight out of Hartsfield Jackson. It’s close to the Sky Train and an easy 5 minute ride to the terminal. The hotel is always clean and the staff is always friendly.
