Excellent customer service. Especially with the front desk when I first checked in. Then I got a text message the next day asking me how everything was going. The service here was really great The kitchen could have been just a little cleaner. Especially the floor. They didn't really sweep the corners well. But other than that the room was clean. I will stay at this hotel again

If you want a hotel for an airport stay it's perfect. We came from the international terminal and got the bus to the car rental centre and the skytrain back, the bus queue to the domestic terminal was long. Breakfast was ok, nothing special but a good choice before setting off. Near the skytrain station. It's nothing special but that's what you're paying for, the convenience.

The staff was amazing! Their communication and energy was superb. They were helpful in locating nearby restaurant recommendations and any questions about our time in Atlanta. Everybody was super friendly. Our room was clean and spacious with top tier amenities such as kitchen nook space and full size fridge and microwave. I'd definitely stay here again when I come back to ATL.

It was in close proximity to an event I was attending. Check-in was doozies because they had an outage. So, everything had to be done manually, which threw everything off. Ended up not getting the room I booked which was fine, I switched thinking it would be a price difference as the lady mentioned, but nope. I was charged the same as if I had the room I booked. Valet was backed up too due to a rush.

Property was nice. Room was clean and perfect for our family. The little kitchenette was a nice touch. Breakfast was good.

My third time staying here and I love everything about it! Big spacious rooms, clean, microwave and full fridge is a plus! Also front desk and valet is always friendly. I will continue to book this hotel when I travel to Atlanta.

Bed wasn’t very comfortable and the pillows were lumpy. The property is close to the rail system for the airport and was ok for our early morning departure.

The place was clean. They were not a lot of use of chemical. I enjoyed my stay had no issues whatsoever.

Free breakfast No tv, room key issues, and house keeping didn’t change the sheets in the room

Beware - Valet fee listed as optional is mandatory and the hotel just responds to this in reviews saying guests are clueless and "missed the fee" or that you're "not paying for valet, you're paying for the parking space!" I hope someone takes them to small claims over the false advertising. Beds are as hard as a rock. Pillows go as flat as paper just from looking at them. Even basic noise like normal volume TV's and guests walking will go through the walls and floors. A bright green LED from a light switch flashes at random in the corner of the room all throughout the night. Bathroom floors are sticky. Hotel has tainted my view of Home2 and the Hilton brand.
