Very clean Nothing about the property. Just had problems with card being declined and had to wait a long time to check in.

This was the best free hotel breakfast ive had from this style of hotel. The staff this morning was so polite, friendly, and provided true hospitality. Everything seems brand new and there was even an egg smoker for grilling! Steps from the airport tram, means we didnt have to wait for a shuttle bus to get to the hotel! Im very happy i chose to stay here.

Breakfast was much better then expected and shown on there website, more variety and bvery well stocked. Room was basic but great for its purpose (late night flight so a nights rest before our road trip).

Very quick and easy check in. The staff was so friendly and valet was especially kind, fast and helpful.

Despite computer system down the staff handle everything quickly and efficiently..By the way breakfast was very good!! Extremely satisfied with staff and overall stay. Definitely coming back!

Everything was wonderful. I did not think I would like valet because you had to valet Everytime you come and go. There was only one time we had to wait to get the car.

The staff was very friendly. The hotel was very clean. The valet team was very nice as well. It was a great stay. I love that there were plenty of lights and outlets everywhere. Only complaint was with the TV. Small complaint. It would freeze every few minutes when watching. Also, the beds felt a little springy. The they made noise when laying on them.

The room was clean and well maintained. I would have preferred to be able to park my own car, but the valet staff was excellent. I appreciated the complimentary breakfast. I especially liked that the hotel was within walking distance to Gateway Arena.

Breakfast has a lot of options. Airtrain is very near rental car pickup also. All in all, perfect overnight spot.
