Amazing

The rooms have zero carpet and the kids above jumped up and down on the floor til midnight! Sadly I had to be up at 4 am for an early flight. The rooms are small, beds decent, work area is a tiny table that my little tablet barely fit and no room for a notebook or papers. Low water pressure could barely shower or shave. Great coffee! The staff were super nice and should be commended! I would and should have stayed at the fairfield next door

My biggest issue was the wifi and service connection. It was horrible. The wifi kept going out and when using your data it wouldn’t work or it was very slow. If you plan on driving be prepared to spend $37 a night for parking. I was told by a staff member it was $10 a night when staying at the hotel but then upon checkout I was told $37 a night. The staff were very welcoming and kind.

The room wasn't that clean hair was in the shower the shower water was very cold even when you turn on the hot water it still was cold.. toilet seat wasn't clean.

Got to my room, TV and internet wouldn't work. Moved to another room - TV remote wouldn't work. Got that fixed - internet wouldn't work. The front desk clerk finally got that fixed. The bright side? I wish I had asked the front desk clerk his name so I could tell the hotel that he went out of his way, over and above, to personally make sure everything was correct and that I was satisfied. He's a great employee.

Flight was cancelled so made last minute reservation. Very easy to get to the place by the air train. (You have short walk from station.) Front desk lovely. Lots of fun things to do in lobby if you are with a family or friends.

The property was in good shape, well maintained and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Lots of verity for breakfast items. Always a pleasure to stay at a Tru.

Convenience, modern, great people

Had to book for my boyfriend last minute because of a plane delay and missed connecting flight. The staff were very friendly and helpful

The staff are motivated to provide A level service with good humor and a personal touch. The room was quiet despite proximity to the airport.

They force you to use valet for 47 dollars...no free parking..this hotel is not down town... plenty big lot...they just gauge you for more money ...raise the room price and quit with the lot charge....be decent....

Stuff is friendly and professional. Room is clean. Breakfast is average.

Good location and clean

Travel Plans needed to be modified and they were super helpful and responsive.

The location was great for us! The staff were friendly. The breakfast had variety and was good. The restaurant next door was pricey for their alcoholic beverages and more like a cafe type setting. If you want just to grab a burger, then the convenient location is ideal! (A bottle of beer and small cup of rum and Diet Coke was $26)
