SpringHill Suites by Marriott Atlanta Airport Gateway

room was very clean, staff was accessible and courteous, parking was good.

I booked this room because it was rated excellent. 9.0 out of 10. We checked into the room and our air-conditioning was set on 68°. We tried to get it warmer and it wasn’t working. Neither with the streaming service on the TV. We went to get another room and they sent a maintenance guy up and he confirmed the heating air-conditioning unit wasn’t working right we told them we wanted to go to another room and he asked are we sure because we could go to another room and have the same problem. We did go to another room. The deck chair was broken. The USB ports did not charge. We still had a problem with the streaming service. This is an old tired hotel.

Wish they had breakfast at 430AM

I found the staff to be very professional ,helpful and pleasant. The room was clean everything was nice.

Nice property. Close to airport. Only issue was couldn’t adjust the a/c in the room. Not a huge issue. It just got cold in the room. But overall nice stay. Would stay again

Good hotel,

Stayed for a week. Would definitely stay again in the future. Room was well maintained. Front desk staff and management was approachable and helpful.

Clean and modern Parking

My experience at Spring Hill Marriott was more than 5 stars, I give it 100 stars. Everything from the young women at the front desk that gave me my key, to the kitchen staff, I felt like I was home with family. I can honestly say that I have NEVER in my life received such excellent service and because of that, I will always stay at a SpringHill Marriott when I go on vacation. The entire staff were so sweet and kind to the point that I hugged the breakfast team when I was leaving. I LOVE THIS HOTEL. My family will and never stay anywhere else!!

I highly recommend this hotel. breakfast was delicious. Staff was friendly, and the adjacent skytrain was an unexpected bonus.

Great hotel. Great breakfast

Great location, especially if you’re traveling for a conference or event. The hotel is conveniently located close to both the convention center and the airport, making transportation easy and saving a lot of travel time. I was quite disappointed with my stay. I was shocked to receive a $15 charge for the two bottles of water that were placed in the room. I assumed they were complimentary, as is typically the case at many hotels, and there was nothing clearly communicated to me indicating otherwise. I only discovered the charge when I checked out and received the bill. The breakfast was also disappointing, with very limited options and items available only here and there. In addition, I requested a blanket for the pullout sofa because there wasn’t one in the room, but I was told they had run out. Considering the hotel was aware that a large event was taking place, I would have expected them to prepare accordingly and ensure they had enough basic supplies for their guests. Overall, this stay felt like a significant downgrade compared with other SpringHill Suites properties I have stayed at. The convenient location near the convention center and airport was a plus, but the lack of preparation, limited breakfast, and unexpected water charge took away from the overall experience.

The hotel was very clean and staff were friendly! There was easy to get to the airport and the subway to downtown from the hotel. I would definitely stay here again if I return to Atlanta.

Hotel room was large and held 4 of us comfortable

I think I lucked out and got a special low sensory room. The AC made a steady, constant sound instead of cutting on/off. The room was very quiet. The decor was calm, neutral. The lights were oddly dim to me but still very adequate. I had a view of the Skytrain, airplanes landing & the sky through a soundproof window. One night I watched a beautiful lightening storm in the distance. The breakfast was the best free bar I’ve had at a hotel. (I eat healthy). Nothing

Convenient access to/from Atlanta International Airport via the SkyTrain. Clean rooms/space.
