The front desk staff was warm, welcoming, and genuinely helpful throughout my stay. The complimentary breakfast was also a pleasant surprise, offering a delicious variety of fresh options to start the day. I highly recommend this hotel for its outstanding convenience, friendly service, and great amenities. I’ll definitely be staying here again on future trips to Atlanta!

Lobby was a mess. A bus full of early arrivals had encamped in the lobby sleeping on the floors, in the chairs, etc until their rooms became available

I would not recommend staying at this hotel unless you have a flight delay, need to stay near the airport and there's no other options. Room 527 was absolutely deplorable. The front desk clerk during 3rd shift refused to provide us another room. The air conditioner did not work, the main bathroom light did no work, the bathtub was beyond dirty, the room was extremely outdated and dusty. The toilet is much like an airplane flush. It was a dark and scary place to stay. Marriott corporation needs to visit this location, as it's not their usual standards. Disgusting. I have never looked forward to check out time. Oh, I can't forget to add the 3rd shift front desk clerk said she would go to the back room and fix our air. Obviously, that was a lie.

Everything’s fine

We normally recommend this location to our out-of-town guests but this time, both party did not enjoy their stay which happened to be our VIP's. No hot water, no sheets in the bed, the handle on the shower came off, 11:30pm alarm went off (which I get that's probably not the hotel's fault but it didn't help), no bar (had to go to Renaissance) and couldn't check out on their credit card. While we don't normally experience this type of situation, it was bad enough that we had to take it off of our preferred hotel list all together.
