Elevators not working, has a balcony room listed but balcony is closed off. Have to pay for breakfast although it's listed as included. No parking, must valet and valet takes forever. Definetly will not stay here again.

My room was not ready, nothing was cleaned.

Hotel quality has so many issues that I can't even begin to list. There are plenty of public reviews to warn guests. I do not recommend.

Room was dirty. Towels felt like rocks when being used. Shower curtain had mold

Housekeeping never serviced my room and i had to constantly ask for towels and wash clothes.

Great convenient location in midtown next to two MARTA stations for a quick overnight

Rooms were not very clean, no restaurants open in the middle of the day, check in was delayed due to their system being down and I was not told I needed to swipe my room key to access the elevators. Staff was not very friendly.
