Elevators not working, has a balcony room listed but balcony is closed off. Have to pay for breakfast although it's listed as included. No parking, must valet and valet takes forever. Definetly will not stay here again.

Hotel quality has so many issues that I can't even begin to list. There are plenty of public reviews to warn guests. I do not recommend.

Room was dirty. Towels felt like rocks when being used. Shower curtain had mold

Housekeeping never serviced my room and i had to constantly ask for towels and wash clothes.

Bathroom was a bit rundown and shower took literally 5+ minutes to warm up. The fire alarms went off at 1 am the first night, but I don't necessarily hold the hotel responsible for that.
