Staybridge Suites Atlanta - Midtown by IHG

We had difficulty locating the motel in the downtown area because the name was not clearly specified. There was no available parking, and the overall service was poor. Additionally, the female front desk staff member working the morning shift was rude and unhelpful.

I enjoyed the king apartment it had everything I needed.

Air conditioner didn't work the entire time (we were roasting in our room all night), we were forced to take a different room that we didn't book, and they sheets they brought with the roll-out bed were stained and dirty. Hotel has offered a full refund to us.

The room was dirty. Urine in toilet upon arrival. I was put in the smallest room.

Hotel is very dated , front counter staff do everything they can to service you with what they have. Service time of turn over the rooms is very slow . Good location to get around , but the outdate hotel and pictures is to different things when customers go to room.

Hotel needs a major maintenance as multiple things were either already broken or broke while using. Heating in dinning area was insufficient and Staybridge front desk was closed and customers were directed to Crown Plaza reception.

The first night at 10:30pm, I didn’t get any blanket stuffs for my sofa bed. The front desk phone was unreachable, I went to front desk to ask for sofa bed blanket stuffs, she promised to be delivered to my room soon, however, until midnight 12:00am no one sent us any blanket stuffs. Front desk phone still was unreachable, I had to g to front desk from floor 22 again. The next shift front desk person was there. I told her about my previous request, then she provided me a thin sheet of blanket, which was not my request blanket stuffs. She said to me that the house keeping was not on duty at midnight, I asked to get the blanket stuffs from other room, but she said that she was not allowed to go any room to do so, and she can not provided another room for me to stay, So had to wait until next morning for manager to resolve the issues. It was very bad customer serviceI. I paid the money to sleep at Hotel, she asked me to wake up until tomorrow morning, I asked for other options, then she asked security person to check other rooms whether they have sofa bed blanket stuffs there, there was no more there. The security guy found the blanket stuffs from somewhere to get it to me. It was 1:00am already. It was terrible experience with the hotel. I can not sleep at that night. I’d appreciate compensation for the inconvenience. Thank you.

My stove was missing knobs, the heat was not working, and the room was missing linens for the sleeper sofa

The property was extremely cold. The sofa sleeper mattress was ill form, no bedding for sofa sleeper. Parking too expensive, nowhere to park to check in. Phone in room didn’t work, had to go down to front desk to ask for bedding and take them to my room. The worst Staybridge I’ve stayed at. Would not recommend to my worst enemy.

The kitchen had a 2 pots both with burned bottoms, no cooking utensils, no dish soap or dishwash ditergent. The light in the kitchen didnt work, the shower curtain was dirty, the halls smelled. The valet was slow, i waited 45 minutes for my car i went to the lovby the lady said "its a 3rd party company talk to them" i spoke to them and was told they cant give out their number. I asked for the manager. The mangager came out with the lady from the lobby, i told her she needed to go inside its between me and the valet she dont need to be nosey! I had to go to the front desk and get my own towels they didnt replace. I will never stay or recommend this hotel.

Bugs in every room

My deposit of 100 dollars hast not been returned yet, the staff attention is lame,

We had questions regarding parking, since we were under the impression it was free due to the details provided. The receptionist that I spoke with on the phone was rude and another employee that tried to help failed to communicate that the parking was an additional 36 dollars for a sketchy parking garage that made you pay again if you took your car anywhere while staying at this hotel. After this, I decided to cancel my booking.

Room smelled the mold. Thermostat didn’t work. Everybody going home with a cold. Tub water rising while taking a shower. No clean towels we had to go purchase some. Valet made you wait forever to get your vehicle. Sink was leaking. They tried to charge my account for multiple charges without my knowledge. Room didn’t look like pictures. Weird smell. Nothing was good about the hotel experience except the Starbucks. I would not use this hotel again
