My wife and I have stayed many times when we come to Atlantic Beach, love the location and just a nice, clean confortable place to stay. Staff is always very friendly as well. No complaints

Full size fridge in our suite was great!! Would easily stay again! Bathroom could use a little fine tuning on the updates. Cheap toilet seat older fixtures. Lighting in the room could be a bit better. It's either too bright or too dark.Not great options were in between, especially at night trying to get to the bathroom.

From the moment we arrived, the experience was wonderful. The receptionist was absolutely the best! She let us check in early and even gave the kids Popsicles, which they loved. Our room was very clean, peaceful, and overlooked the waterway and pool. We truly enjoyed sitting and relaxing there. All of the guests we encountered were also incredibly friendly, and the walk to the beach was short and easy — probably around 10 minutes. I also learned the units are individually owned, so each one may vary a little. We had such a great experience and are already looking forward to visiting again. Thank you, Palm Suites, for turning our last-minute weather backup plan into such a sweet memory for our family! Wish we could have stayed longer!

Room so clean and comfortable/chairs in room had no odor While showering ? water didn't drain as quickly as I liked

View, nice lay out of room, evening staff very nice and gave discount for TV not working and no one that could come assist. Room did have small TV across room. TV didnt work, bed was almost shoulder high and we had to use stool to get in bed. Only allows 1 vehicle in for parking and this did not come up in booking or info until after we booked and paid and we got email confirmation. NO help for alternative extra parking and the staff in checking just basically ignored questions on what we were to do because we had 2 vehicles.

Able to walk to the beach, pool outside our room, quiet Employee was in our room on the phone eating when we walked in. Housekeeper woke us up at 9am about checking out and let herself in our room while my husband and children were still asleep

The rooms were very clean and comfortable, and the decor just made you feel relaxed. The pool was beautiful and a comfortable temperature.

The room was excellent, the bed comfortable. I loved the separate sitting room. The staff were amazing!! The bathtub does not have handrails for people with balance issues. My husband had a bit of trouble because the tub itself is slippery when in use and without the handrails to help it was difficult at times to maintain his balance in the shower.
