Quiet & location A tad needing repairs/updating & the price for parking is a ripoff! Would not have stayed at a mediocre place & paid that much for parking had we known. No games or anything were going on at the time. Truly felt like we were duped.

Uncomfortable bed, shower floor weak and old. Felt as if it was about to crack. Door to my room was left cracked open by custodial staff when I returned to my room on 6/30. My colleagues had similar issues. We will no longer stay at this property.

Everything was good only thing I didn’t like was the $30 charge for everyday for parking.

Great customer service

According to Expedia this location was only an 8 minute walk to the Moody Amphitheater, the Capitol building and so much more. Was not even close to walkable. Also Expedia said that they had a free breakfast buffet for guests. Did not have any type of buffet and had some type of breakfast for a price. The buffet and location were why I choose this spot, as we are in our 70’s and trying to make everything as easy as possible. Also, was not told nor did I see you had to pay for parking each nite. Will never use Expedia again for any reason. So dissatisfied.

Our specific room needed some work done. The shower had a constant drip/leak, half of the mirror lights didn’t work, the AC wouldn’t go below 73, etc. The staff was really nice and the property overall was well kept, but the room itself wasn’t the best.

Charges for everything parking breakfast etc. No microwave room very small.

Hotel is nice and clean. Staff are friendly. However, $38 daily parking for hotel guests is absurd. Please consider extra cost before booking. They may be afew bucks cheaper than other venues but most of other hotels don’t charge parking in the Austin area.

Great stay as always and the AC works like a champ. The staff was super helpful when my mom accidentally left her jewelry in the nightstand after checking out! Crisis averted!

Didn't have a Microwave to heat up food and a Small Mini Fridge, and You have to pay $38 per night for parking

Location The hotel messed up my reservations and although it was fixed my room had an order. The carpet was drenched in water by the window.

Easy check in and check out Clean room Location is great for UT campus and downtown Parking is not included in room pricing, just a little thing

Exceptional service as expected for a reasonably priced Doubletree/Hilton chain hotel somewhat near the freeway
