Location

It was close to the venue we were headed to and was easy to get to. The curtains were horribly dirty, the bathtub had debris in it, bathroom door would not shut, couch was grungy.

Very old and rundown exterior. My room wasn't as bad looking, but it was a bit dirty and I did see a roach. It was the most affordable place near Sixth St, but it was still a solid 15-20 minute walk. I liked the free breakfast--no hot food but they did have a waffle maker. The eating area is very small, however. The staff was nice.

The shower curtain rod was falling off the wall making the curtain stay open while showering, the toilet paper roll holder was missing, One of the soap dispensers in the shower had fallen off the wall, the curtain above the AC unit was off on several connections, had to fix it myself so light wouldn't pour through the window. There was no hair dryer or iron in the room and when I called the front desk they didn't have any either. There was a transition piece missing on the floor between the tile in the restroom and the bedroom. The electrical outlets near the nightstand did not work at all, so we had to plug our phones up next to the TV. The area felt unsafe even with the door latched and deadbolted. The beds were comfortable, the staff was friendly and the price was ok but still not worth the accommodation/condition of this hotel.

We liked our 2 bedroom room. Also it’s dog friendly hotel. Many people were with dogs and we too. The pool was good! Walking distance to Capitol. Very quiet cozy neighborhood with Michelin star tacos and Thai food trucks nearby.

Nothing Noisy all night, smoke filled room, unsafe area (drug addicts etc)

The only thing good about this property was its location to University of Texas. The property is poorly maintenance and dated… they need to invest and upgrade.

Cost is less Rooms are bad looks cheap to stay and especially my room washroom commode clogged and i left the room in a day rather then staying second day

It was clear

the beds and the towels where clean. The outside space extremelly dirty and unorganized. People smoking weed right outside our doors. The fact the outside space was really dirty. Irrelevant stuff was left out there (such as a toilet). Nobody has cleaned outside for ages.
