Super clean rooms and great breakfast

The breakfast was really good with a nice variety, and the location was perfect. It was an easy trip to 6th Street, so we could enjoy everything downtown without being right in the middle of all the noise. We'd definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone visiting Austin!

We didn’t get room service for two of our three days — and when it did finally happen, the service itself wasn’t great either. The bed sheets and blanket were poorly made, not properly tucked or adjusted. On top of that, water pressure in the shower was weak, and the shower gel dispenser was empty for the entire stay. For the price point of a Hyatt, I expected much better attention to basic housekeeping standards. Hopefully management addresses these issues.

Such a nice hotel! Very clean, and staff we interacted with were super friendly.

Staff great. No cold water from bathroom faucet even after reported to staff. Otherwise very comfortable and within walking distance of Moody Amphitheater.

Location is great and room was spacious, clean and comfortable. This is our third time staying here and trust we will be back again! The app for valet parking could be a little more user friendly but I understand that is not a hotel thing but one for the parking contractor.

Staff and location are great. However, the hotel bar is incredibly limited and only open from 5-10 pm so not ideal for getting a drink or snack and the small shop they have is very limited and overpriced.

Close to downtown, just one street over from main section. Convenient to State Capital, UT Austin, and other Austin sights to see. Clean, quiet and the staff was very helpful. Valet parking also helpful.
