Neat and clean rooms. Beds were comfortable. Bathroom was clean, with good lighting on the mirror. Staff at the reception were very friendly. They have a facility for you to keep the luggage for a few hours at the hotel after checkout, which is super useful. Location is terrific.

I was taken care of promptly and the service was excellent.

It was difficult to find the entrance (front deck) and parking.

This is two hotel. You check in for holiday inn then get directed to area. At first confusing. After learning area is was very convenient for us.

Bed and pillows were comfy, but water pressure in shower was poor.

Work trip so ok but wouldn’t return. Kristine at the Hotel Indigo bar (connected property) was the absolute highlight of my trip. Amazing bartender.

Entrance is confusing because the property is merged w Indigo hotel. This was not a great welcome, especially since my uber driver was also confused. Pool was cool and clean--perfect. Room was large and clean. When i thought the hairdryer was missing (hung up in a closet--shouldn't it be in the bathroom?) someone brought another one right away. Staff in general were helpful and friendly.

Quiet and peaceful I think the parking was a bit much but it was nice to know it was gated and secured

The walls were incredibly thin. I could hear everything from next door all night long. It was horrible.

Hotel was very clean and nice. Good breakfast. Great location. The Holiday Inn being attached to Hotel Indigo gets confusing. Maybe front desk could come up with some type of map or instructions on how to navigate the two hotels.
