All three travelers, Monica Ochoa, Brenda Martinez and Amber Guajardo rooms a/c wasn't cooling the room and took up to three days to get to a comfortable temperature. Amber Guajardo's room was uncomfortable, the iron did not work (it was corrected) and the refrigerator did not work, she had medication that required refrigeration. She was unaware she could report it herself to the hotel or switch rooms as long as it is a GSA room and the hotel should accommodate the traveler with another room even make it a GSA room if not available.

Staff were friendly and helpful when I had questions. I found the room to be clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good with eggs, sausage and biscuits and gravy. There were cereals and other choices too. I appreciated having secure parking. I would stay here again.

Outstanding place. We will stay here when we travel to Austin. Best place I have ever stayed at. Clean, quiet and overall amazing place

I have found Drury Inn to be a dependable place to stay. I don’t travel with my pet, but i do like that it is pet friendly. Nice to have food and drinks provided. Staff is friendly

Great stay although the beds and pillows need to be updated. Otherwise 10 out of 10!

The hotel was clean and plenty of parking. The best part was the 5:30-7pm kick back including dinner and 3 drinks.

Excellent free breakfast and kick back meal in the evening. Nice pool. Staff moved us to a different room at our request to meet special needs. Friendly front desk.

Bed slightly soft but everything else in the room was very nice, clean and quiet. Reception and Manager were efficient and very helpful.
