Drury Inn & Suites Austin North

Located right off of the freeway. The property is a larger Drury Inn & Suites. It was very clean. Conveniently located next to several restaurants; one on each side and several within walking distance. The staff was helpful and professional. The cleaning staff were nice and ensured the room stayed clean.

Easy to deal with, rooms, halls, and dining area was clean. Breakfast was great. It is just an easy place to stay.

We had a great stay, would stay again

Cons: AC was set at 77F when we got into the room and it would not allow us to change the setting. We had to call the maintenance to fix it . It took 4 hours to cool the bedroom to 72 F and it would not drop below 72F the whole night. There were multiple rooms, but for some reason AC was only available in the bedroom, so living room and bathroom had no AC and were very hot. Luckily, the maintenance guy has provided us with a fan, which helped a bit. In addition, AC was extremely loud. In the morning we went to the pool. The huge trash bin was right next to the pool, so it stined up the air. In addition, 40 mins later the workers started to cut the grass all around the pool, although besides us there was another elderly couple. The dust, grass and dirt were flying into our faces. When we asked the workers to stop, they refused , so we had to leave and reported it to the front desk clerk. To be honest, it was the only Drury Hotel that we stayed at that had so many issues.

Parking 70 a day and amenities fees on top of that was charged 500 for 4 days in just fees

This is the second time my family and I have stayed at this hotel and it's always 10/10.

Our stay at Drury Inn Austin was very pleasant. The room was clean and beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was warm and everything was really good.
