Studio 6 Extended Stay - Austin, TX - Midtown

Good for a place to stop on a long drive. It was affordable. Bed it self was pretty uncomfortable however rest of stay was decent. Staff was great!

There was no wifi and I got scammed when I tried to call and complain about it they stole my crediti card information and pretended to be from the q booking com.

Very clean room. Lots of useful appliances, such as a large refrigerator, stove, and microwave. There was no ice machine on the entire property, however. An ice machine would be helpful.

My room smelled of marijuana terribly. When I asked if there was another room available I was told there wasn’t. I asked about going to a different Motel 6 and was told my reservation couldn’t be transferred. So, my only option would have been to go to a different hotel and just eat the cost of this one.

There are NEVER enough clean towels

Don’t stay here. Dangerous people, disgusting dirty room. The bottoms of my feet turned black the floor was so dirty. People up all night, noisy doors slamming.

Quiet area of Austin while practically down town

Did not stay, the office staff told me it was canceled because they were fully booked.

AC didn’t work in the unit I stayed. Asked to be moved but told none available. This property is apparently home to homeless and indigents living there day to day week to week. I would suggest you remove this from your stay choices

Room only had 3 towels for Bathroom. Plus, observe several people, at various times passing, walking through the Property heading too Apartments Complex behind the Motel Property. Overall, my Stay was okay.
