Stay was comfortable. Corridor condition can be improved.

Besides the staff, I'd have to say that the location was what I liked best. Being at a spot that made easy to access any freeway in Austin helped getting somewhere I needed to easy. What I didn't like was having to take out my own trash but hey we can't have it all and that wasn't exactly part of what I paid for. Am I right?

During my stay, I ran into a difficult situation, and Elizabeth was absolutely wonderful. She was sincere, incredibly helpful, and went out of her way to look out for my safety and shield me from some unpleasant people. It is rare to encounter a manager who is so genuinely kind and protective of her guests. I felt safe and supported the entire time, and I cannot thank her enough. If you are looking for a place where you will be treated with true kindness and professionalism, this is the place to stay. And also let me not forget the staff is also awesome. I haven’t met that one person at that front desk that did not greet me with a smile and make sure that I was taken care of on every aspect.

The elevator did not work for the last 4 days of my stay, and my key card lost its program at least twice a day. The stairwell had broken eggs for 3 days and was only cleaned after I complained. The manager told me she only has one housekeeper for the entire 4-floor property. People loiter in the parking lot at all hours; there is no security guard, and the front desk is closed at night.

Five stars for the Extended Stay America in the Austin Metro area! Elizabeth, the manager, is an absolute gem. Her hospitality and helpful attitude are unmatched. She truly goes the extra mile to make guests feel taken care of. Thank you for everything Nothing

Nothing. Staff was rude and entitled. HUGE lack of professionalism. There were cockroaches in the room. No toiletries upon arrival in room. Property is outdated and dirty. No one seems to care. And hotel staff lives in building. We were also charged double and the hotel staff wanted to give the run around instead of refunding us the second charge.

I arrived late and there was a problem w my reservation. After explaining the rules and processes, he was able to create what felt like a miracle in an impossible situation. Thank you, I appreciate your patience, and hope others can learn from you how to be a genuine, resourceful and wise hospitality professional. 🙏

Don’t do it, cause when you arrives they don’t have nothing available and you can’t get your money back

The property was dirty, had roaches and broken down furniture. They changed my room and it still sucked. Not to mention the elevator was out of order during my entire stay.

Nothing old out dated Smells horrible , very outdated , carpet in halls dirty ekavator stinks , bugs in rooms
-
The room was dirty with animal fur all over the chairs and table and the woman at the desk said it was clean after checking the dirty room

Hotel was dingy. The lobby is extremely small and still had a Christmas center piece on the table. The hotel is not staffed 24/7. I had to check out early for a flight and the gate for the desk was down. I had to get a blanket from the desk before bed and had a difficult time finding the correct door to the lobby (there was no signage for that door or the elevator). No tissues, cups, or coffee maker in the room. Horrible hotel.

I did not stay here! I pulled up and there were all kinds of people wandering around the dimly lit parking lot. At the front desk things seem possibly okay but The WHOLE PLACE REEKED OF DOGGY FECAL MATTER AND URINE! I didn't notice it at first until I was let in after getting my key. As soon as that door leaving the fro t desk opens it just hits you!! Still trying to be opwn minded I headed up stair to see my room. The exterior of the door to the room was dirty with black smudge marks all over it. One of the lamps did not have a bulb in it. The window had permanent marker drawings all over them, looking out to the view of a pool that looks like it hasn't been cleaned since installation. The air-conditioning system had black stuff all over it and looked as if it had been taped up at one point. There was double sided tape on the walls like someone tried to hang something there. The carpet was worn, dirty and had an odor like a landfield. The door looked as if it had been kicked in at some point because the latch was broken leav I ng no way to secure it. The picture frames, door frame amd sheet eock had been nawed on by what had to have been a large brewd dog AND TO TOP IT ALL OFF....THERE WERE ROACHES. I recorded one of them crawling up the wall in the bathroom before returning to the front desk to make a complaint. The lady at the front desk said " I am the General Manger

Pretty bad room. Room was the kind you check the bed before getting in to see if there's a dead body or bed bugs. Bed was comfortable and air conditioner worked good but that's it! Bathroom was something you want to forget about just go in and do your business and get the hell out.

Price location Whoever owns this hotel has to do some upgrades and maintenance. There are electrical switches and outlet devices and plates that are dirty old and damaged that are 25 years old. Replace them. Wipe down wallwith bleach, emery stair wells, elevator and e

Soon as you walk into the building the smell of weed hits you. We had 5 kids with us. Looked like a prison facility. Everything was barely working, not enough towels, didn’t stay cool throughout the night, drawers were broken. It’s so ran down.
