It was relatively affordable. Not clean. Roaches, stains.

The price was pretty good for the room

roaches in the rooms , light switches didnt work and the kitchen was dirty along with the lobby. didnt even stay, we walked in , and walked right back out and asked for a refund on the booking

No elevator. The whole floor smelled like tobacco. Roaches in the rooms. Towels looked really worn out. Less than half a roll of toilet paper. Floor was uneven. As per our kids staying in a second room, the room looked un sanitized and the smoke alarm was covered with a plastic bag. We even decided to skip a shower, that's how bad it was. The stairways were nasty, trash all over the place. Its a shame, the rooms are very big and very spacious, those are hard to find, but the place is really badly maintained. This room is in a tie with the worst one we have stayed on.

For a one night business stop it was outstanding. Elevator was OOC. Rest of the place was clean and well kept.

The staff is absolutely excellent. He was helpful and went above and beyond. Elevator does not operate. Roaches in the room. TV did not work. Terrible WiFi

The only exception I had for reason to finish my stay was because the staff was so helpful and kind and extremely polite. He tried to help with every issue I had. This hotel needs a proper cleaning before accepting new guest.

Location only I have stayed there 2 times and the rooms are always dirty. Trash, linens, towels, floor are always dirty. Bed Sheet don't get changed . Honestly there is something wrong with housekeeping.

Hallways need to be swept and rooms need to updated.

Everything was dirty the common area the hallways the elevator was broken there was no breakfast do not go. The place smelled of weed and cigarettes

Dirty

The room was dirty. I found broken glass on the floor. I always travel with my own cleaning supplies as I cannot change hotels after it has been paid for by my employer, thank God. It was supposed to be a no-smoking hotel, but the hallways reeked of marijuana. The elevators never worked the entirety of the stay. I had a personal emergency and had to have my husband check me out a day early. The staff gave him a key without asking for ID and refused to provide him with a receipt. I will never stay there again!

Exceptional

Liked nothinf horrible stay Blood on our 1 towel, no night staff, elevator not workung. Kids running hallways all night, curtains hanging off wall, no light in rr, feces on fridge, horrible manager

The hotel hallways smelled as well as the room was dirty. I did not get any clean towels for 2 days
