First thing when you pull up you can immediately tell it’s a new build and they keep up with the exterior appearance. Appearance is very important at first glance it set the tone The only complaint was truly just not being able to turn left out of the hotel having to do a U-Turn other than that no complaints

I really enjoyed the hotel. The price was amazing and I had all the amenities I would’ve asked for. Breakfast was very healthy and delicious. The manager also introduced himself to me and we had a very nice conversation. It wasn’t a how are you today, glad to have you and that was the end of it. He provided an experience of getting to know me as a guest. I will definitely stay again at that particular hotel when I’m back in the area and that will be soon -they made me feel at home.

Breakfast was wonderful. The staff was friendly and helpful. We had air conditioner problems in one room that could not be fixed promptly. The friendly staff changed rooms for us. The new room was way better but the noisy air conditioner kept waking us up. It was cooler in the room which helped.

The full size refrigerator and stovetop to cook as well as a microwave The breakfast sucks. Not a big variety and it’s pretty nasty. No meat whatsoever.

The hotel is brand new and amazing! The clerks were super nice and helpful! The bartender was also super nice and friendly! The pool is gorgeous! I would absolutely stay there again!

The staff was amazing, I have a problem with the upstairs people, they were very loud and the staff was so nice with us and change us the room. I really appreciate the help.

From the moment of check in to check out the staff was professional, courteous and attentive. The accommodations were extremely comfortable and clean. We will definitely stay here again when visiting Austin.

Probably the best hotel my husband and I have stayed at. Staff was super friendly, the room was spacious, clean and with all the amenities needed. Their shampoo products and lotion were amazing too!
