Holiday Inn Express & Suites Austin South by IHG

Parking great, room was clean, staff friendly, breakfast was so so.

Fairly uneventful, hopefully this is constructive criticism. The dryer in the laundry was out of order. The downstairs women's restroom toilet doesn't flush. The front desk doesn't greet you, even upon arrival. Just sitting behind the counter waiting for the guests to greet them. It sets the tone for the whole experience. It serves the purpose, but wasn't my favorite. If the coffee & hot water runs out, consider refilling it or just remove the large carafe altogether.

Very poor

Parking and access to freeway/restaurants/grocery store. Water leak from bathroom sink.

Rooms were comfortable, location was good. There was a construction in the kitchen area which made the entrance not nice. Also breakfast could be better

Really nice hotel and great area In my room the ac was too cold for me and I even had to turn it off for a little while

Refrigerator did not get cold to safely store milk for infant. We got an extra ice bucket and put milk in ice bucket then placed in fridge
