In the morning, one person from our reservation was denied breakfast (which was included in our reservation). Hotel wanted us to pay for a service already included in the price.

Staff was nice and helpful. Overall facility very poor. Will avoid, unless it is only choice I have.

The first staff contact was at the check-in desk. The woman was trying to explain the features of the "Concierge" room to me, but she spoke in a low voice and seemed uncertain. Thereafter, all the other staff were excellent, very helpful.

The ac unit worked less than satisfactory. The room did not cool down until sun went down.
