Bar Harbor Motel

This property is very basic but clean with very friendly and accommodating staff.

Breakfast was great. Probably the cleanest place we have ever stayed hands down! Awesome place to stay, would go again anytime! I think booking.com really messed up the rate though, wound up well over $100 what they said it would be. Booking.coms rates

Very cute concept. Friendly staff, great breakfast and the rooms felt brand new. They also had activities each afternoon and night for the whole family. Highly recommend.

Room was very spacious. Beds and pillows were so comfortable. Right on the shuttle stop although we didn’t utilize it. Breakfast had many options. It was delicious. Coffee and tea always available in the lobby. Rooms have coffeemakers which we appreciated. The pool was a good size with plenty of chairs in sun and shade. Our room was towards the back of the property and felt very homey. We called it our camp as it backed up to some trees. We sat on our patio and enjoyed a drink and a good book one evening. Staff was very friendly. Would definitely stay here again and will recommend to friends. A great value in comparison to other Bar Harbor hotels.

Units are grouped in small buildings, 4 units to a building. Parking is right outside of the unit. Very convenient. Breakfast was superior to all motels I've stayed in the last several years. 5 min drive to Bar Harbor, but direct access to Acadia by a trail located on property.

What a lovely hotel. Great location, clean, quiet. Everything about the hotel was perfect. Enjoyed every aspect of it. Thank you for making our stay enjoyable.

The location was amazing, easy 5 minute drive to town and they had a bus stop right out front. We chose to drive everywhere and didn’t have an issue with parking. The lobby and inside the rooms was modern and well kept. Breakfast was great and had something for everyone although it would have been nice to have waffles/pancake option for kids. But it was free so it was great! There were s’mores every night which we did twice. It’s nice they have an actual staff member that runs this. Pool was nicely kept and a good temp. There were two small, kind of run down swingset. It was great for the two year olds for a bit. It was very old school camp vibes. The only hard thing for us is that we’re no high locks on the doors and the rooms had both a back door and a front door that the two year olds could easily unlock and open so that was a challenge for us specifically but probably wouldn’t bother most people.

Having two attached rooms was a good value. Musty odor, especially in bathroom. Dampness. Room AC units. Coffee was awful. Breakfast items didn’t change.

80 degrees pool. Breakfast was super deluxe. The staff was both friendly and helpful. This was a perfect place to stay while visiting Bar Harbor.
