Great place, very clean, very nice staff. Good walking distance from downtown bar harbor.

Best part about breakfast is that it is delivered to your door where you can decide to eat inside or outside. Breakfast was basic but tasty. This was pricer compared to other places we have stayed on Elm St. in the past given there is no pool or other on site amenities. You can remain anonymous.

I was very pleasantly surprised by the Highbrook Motel in Bar Harbor. The room was so perfectly appointed. The breakfast was a nice bonus. I had everything I needed for a three day intensive work event blended with wonderful recreation in and around Bar Harbor. I highly recommend this for an efficient affordable option.

This is a wonderful refurbished and appropriately updated motor motel. The staff were pleasant, friendly and helpful. The amenities such as free drinks and snacks available throughout the day hit the spot. The location to Acadia and Bar Harbor was perfect. I was able to ride my bike everywhere and enjoy all of the main park, Bar Harbor and Schoodic Pennisula (via ferry) without driving my car. This allowed me to avoid crowds and get to and from all the popular sights, hikes, rides in park with no hassle.

This was a great place for our visit to Acadia and Bar Harbor. The room was large and clean, with good curtains to block the early morning light. :) And we loved their bagged breakfast delivery; one morning we grabbed it and headed out for a picnic in the park.

Great stay for easy access to Acadia. Loved the breakfast drop off in the morning so we could get an early start. The central area always stocked with waters, snacks and other amenities was a nice bonus.

Adam and his delightful housekeeping team delivered memorable hospitality, a sparkling clean suite with a comfy mattress, and healthy breakfasts with made to order options. Highbrook Motel is a Bar Harbor gem on the Island Explorer free shuttle route and within walking distance to Mass and Carriage Road trails. Wow, what a find!

Highly recommend this motel as it was so clean, the staff professional and friendly with prompt communication, parking at your door with location being close to Bar Harbor and Acadia park. Sight See Tours pick up at this location as well as free shuttle bus across the road. Unique in that breakfast is ordered with delivery to table outside your door as well as central room with ice, free drinks and free snacks. Quiet area. Room was spacious and bed was comfortable. Had a wonderful stay here.

Really well maintained and immaculate room. Quiet area but close to a lot of good restaurants and the Cadillac Mtn entrance to Acadia. It doesn't have luxury amenities but does have great snacks and excellent breakfast delivered daily. Amazing value for our Acadia trip. Highly recommend.

We liked EVERYTHING. THIS PLACE IS WONDERFUL. They had plenty of ice, water, coffee, popcorn, snacks, and pop. They delivered breakfast every morning. We loved it all. THANK YOU for a very enjoyable stay. (We were there 4 days). The Sweeneys

I would definitely recommend staying here if you are coming to Bar Harbor or Acadia.

The location is great. Close to Bar Harbor,.but far enough away from the congestion and the throngs of people in the village to be enjoyable. Our room was spacious and comfortable. The porxh was great for an alfresco picnic and coffee in the morning

The best part is it’s location to the park and the bus line( use it to get around the park and down town, parking can be a challenge)
