We had a great stay. Everyone was friendly and my room was great and bed was so comfy ! Housekeeping was on the ball, everyday freshened up our room . Piano guy was great too. It was a very relaxing stay. I will definitely stay there again .

Nice location. Huge rooms - great views.

The property was in a good location and walkable to get into town. The facility was clean and staff was friendly. Plenty of parking around the hotel. The rooms inside the hotel are dated as is the furniture. Our room was clean as well as the common areas, but it has a 1990’s feel.
-
I would recommend staying in the newer building on the property, which is built with more modern construction techniques

The Bluenose was the most beautiful place! The view from the room was spectacular! The piano player, Bill, is the absolute best! Highly recommend this hotel.
-
Bill the piano player was a gem!! Even if you aren’t staying here, go to the Bluenose Inn to see him!

Additionally, when I checked in, the first agent (male) would not accommodate my request to stay in the same room for all three nights of our visit (I had to book them separately for some reason). A female worker at the desk overheard and gratefully made the accommodation. She was terrific and I wish I had recorded her name. I wish everyone was trained the same and customer friendly- this is not an inexpensive hotel. The room was lovely and the housekeeping staff did a great job.

Excellent all around

The room was exceptionally clean! I loved the double sinks and the view from our 3rd floor was beautiful!

Had a nice stay at the Bluenose Inn. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. The rooms were large and comfortable and had a beautiful view of the bay from the balcony. We were able to walk to downtown easily. Definitely would stay again!

Room was beautiful and comfortable. Everything was clean and set up beautifully. All the staff were welcoming and helped with any needs. The Looking Glass Restaurant was amazing breakfast and delicious mimosas.

We stayed at the King suite on the Mizzentop 4th Floor. Our room was spacious and had a beautiful bay view. We loved all the properties amenities, especially the 24/7 free tea and coffee. The hotel location provides an easy access to the downtown Bar Harbor and the Acadia National Park. We definitely will stay here again.

Clean and comfortable

The location was excellent The room was beautiful and knew had upscale amenities with the massage chair and bida in the bathroom The stove was horrible. It’s a touch tone type of burner which is really not meant to cook a meal. It kept turning off in the middle of me cooking and no one came until the next day, but couldn’t really change anything because that’s the way it was.

Our room was beautiful, large and clean. We had a beautiful view and used the massage chair in our room many times-loved it! The staff were all friendly and helpful. The pool, hot tub and sauna were all clean and well maintained. Few people there when we used them and just across from Mizzentop where we stayed. The village center was about a 20 minute walk away or you can drive there and pay for parking. We had such a great trip and enjoyed all our hiking and scenery at Acadia!

Clean room friendly staff and nice indoor pool/spa area. Outdoor pool looked nice as well but it was too cold to try it out!
