Clean rooms. Very helpful, friendly staff. Didn’t realize that some rooms had balconies, would have requested that. Not really a good place to sit and relax outside of hotel.

Should have taken Top floor not Ground floor ( can't complain workers needed to do their job cutting the grass) still had a good time. ?

Our family of 5 had plenty of room and the harbor views were gorgeous. The hotel is located a little ways out of town, but it was an easy enough walk into town and easy drive to Acadia National Park. We would absolutely stay here again.
